With the increasing of the scale and complexity of the project,the traditional construction management model has been unable to meet the needs of site engineering management.At present,the use of scientific and technological means,information technology to improve the level of construction management has become a hot research and application trend.However,the informatization level in China’s construction field is low.To realize the digital upgrade of construction management,it is necessary to make comprehensive use of a variety of scientific and technological means and information technology.Therefore,the intelligent construction site coordination and mutual assistance,efficient intelligent project management and control ability and a variety of information technology integrated characteristics,has been highly valued and actively promoted by the competent authorities of the government.However,from the literature review,there are few research achievements on the construction and evaluation factors of smart construction sites,and few scholars systematically study the construction and evaluation of smart construction sites from the perspective of the government.Therefore,based on the perspective of the government,the thesis constructs the construction evaluation system of smart site,and explores the scientific evaluation of the application effect of smart site construction in practice.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the connotation and characteristics of smart construction site are defined according to the key technologies,theories and concepts of smart construction site.On this basis,the policy of demand analysis,literature analysis and expert analysis,screen out 35 wisdom site building system elements,and the main content of the key elements of the 35 and the interpretation of functional applications in detail,the basis for subsequent site construction and evaluation of wisdom,and to provide reference for the wisdom site information.Secondly,the dematel-ISM method is used to comprehensively and systematically analyze the interaction among the components of the intelligent construction site system.Through DEMATEL analysis,the cause degree and centrality degree of the construction system elements of smart site are obtained,and the addition factors are divided into 9 cause factors and 26 result factors.Then ISM divides a clear hierarchical structure,divides the system elements into four levels: guidance-foundation-platform-effect,and puts forward targeted suggestions for the implementation of smart site construction based on the analysis results.Finally,based on the analysis of De Matel-ISM model,the evaluation standard was studied,and it was suggested that the competent government departments should take the elements construction contents at the three levels of guidance,foundation and platform as the basic items of smart site evaluation,and the system elements at the effect level as the scoring items.The evaluation index system of intelligent site scoring items covering five dimensions of personnel,machinery,safety,quality and environment is constructed,and the weight of each evaluation index is determined by ANP method.In addition,the application of scientific and technological innovation is included in the evaluation of smart site as a bonus to stimulate the iterative upgrading of smart site.Finally,combined with the existing construction and evaluation standards of smart site,the content and grade standards of smart site evaluation are defined,and a case study of a city Olympic Sports Center project is carried out.The research results will provide reliable reference for the competent government departments in the future assessment of smart site construction achievements and unified construction evaluation standards,and can also play a certain guiding role in the construction of smart site construction enterprises or the introduction of emerging information technology.
