| In the five-year plan of 2021-2025,China has highlighted the development mode of clean energy and other new energy sources as well as the proposal of the policy of "two carbon".With the continuous maturity of technology and the tendency of policy,the integrated clean energy project of wind,light and storage welcomes new development opportunities.As the integrated project of wind,light and storage is composed of three different power generation systems,it has many organizational groups.Technologically,it is necessary to solve the shortcomings of wind and light power generation,consider the feasibility of energy storage technology and investment,and continuously output green energy in function.It is necessary not only to meet the social production demand,but also to adapt to the policy of harmonious development of ecological environment.At this time,the comprehensive benefit evaluation of project establishment stage needs to be focused on.On the basis of comprehensive benefit evaluation of a large number of related engineering projects at home and abroad,combined with the current national policies and the characteristics of sustainable new energy development,this study analyzed the significance of comprehensive benefit evaluation system of integrated wind,light and storage engineering project from many aspects,including technical,economic and social benefits.Different dimensions of benefits at the environmental level construct the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system,including target(first-level indicator)level 1,criteria(second-level indicator)level 4,sub-criteria(thirdlevel indicator)level 8,and 31 specific indicators(fourth-level indicator)level.Comprehensive benefit evaluation of the project as a whole is greatly affected by index system and weight.Therefore,the logic rule and relative importance of each index should be considered comprehensively when weighting.This paper takes full account of the characteristics of the project,while taking into account both subjective and objective factors,avoids the differences caused by single weighting,and objectively obtains the initial weights by AHP method from subjective and Entropy weighting methods.The final index weight is obtained by optimizing the combination weighting method.Then,the comprehensive benefit evaluation of an example project is carried out by using multi-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,which makes the basis of project selection more objective,scientific and reasonable.In this study,a multi-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used to carry out analysis and Research on actual cases.The comprehensive benefit evaluation results of WZ integrated wind,light and storage project are good.The evaluation result fully demonstrates the good technical feasibility of the project.The economic,social and environmental benefits are superior,which is beneficial to the development and utilization of clean energy and adapts to the national "dual-carbon" policy and has high investment and construction significance. |
