Research On The Renewal And Transformation Of Traditional Settlements From The Perspective Of Beautiful Countryside

In 2013,the No.1 Document of the Central Committee put forward the goal of building "beautiful countryside" and promulgated a series of measures to implement the construction of beautiful countryside,it makes clear the development direction of rural construction in the new period.Traditional settlement is an important historical relic of our culture,it is a special humanistic landscape,containing precious material culture and non-material cultural resources.With the rapid development of Chinese economy and increasing gap between urban and rural areas,the infrastructure,living environment and social resources of traditional settlements can not meet the production and living needs of modern people.Therefore,the protection and development,renewal and transformation of traditional settlements have become an important topic in the field of beautiful countryside construction.Based on the historical background of the construction of beautiful countryside,this paper explores the material and cultural values of traditional settlements in the middle Anhui area,and explores the renovation methods and design strategies of traditional settlements in the construction of beautiful countryside combined with the design concept of human settlements.The paper researches and investigates the natural environment,human history,living environment,ancient buildings and other aspects of the Tong Yang Street,and systematically combs the street pattern,architectural features,living environment problems,predicament and development issues of the Lao Street.According to the requirement of the beautiful country construction,the settlement environment of Tong Yang Street is solved,the traditional village culture is protected,and the tourism industry is developed appropriately.The innovative design strategy of Tong Yang Street is a combination of beautiful village construction and traditional settlement protection around Chaohu Lake to meet the needs of modern people and rural economic development,and achieve the protection and replacement function of the old street.First of all,it sorts out the reconstruction principles applicable to traditional settlements in settlement architecture,spatial layout,natural environment,history and culture,folk customs and other aspects,summarizes the construction and development cases of beautiful villages at home and abroad,summarizes their development modes,methods and own characteristics,and analyzes advantages and disadvantages and experiences that can be used for reference.Secondly,the paper analyzes the problems facing the construction of beautiful villages around Chaohu Lake and summarizes the feasible measures.The design is carried out from the perspective of living environment,regional culture and rural development,and representative elements in the form,material and decorative forms of the old street buildings are extracted and integrated into the village shops,ancient streets,rivers and lakes,rural landscape,villagers’ residences and public service implementation.Through the overall renewal and transformation of the village human settlement environment,the villagers can improve the living quality and happiness of life,and effectively preserve the characteristics of the traditional folk houses and folk customs in the middle Anhui area.Through the development of tourism to spread,let the public know more about the regional culture of central Anhui,but also promote the development of local economy,improve residents’ income.The old Street will be built into a beautiful village "suitable for living,working and traveling" for local residents.The update design of the traditional settlement in the Tong Yang Street is only a tentative research and exploration,which is expected to play a positive role in the construction of the beautiful countryside in the middle of Anhui and provide a new idea for the update and development of the traditional settlement.
