Research On Renovation And Utilization Of Traditional Settlement Space In He Nan And China Based On The Development Of Tourism Industry

In recent years,with the domestic economic development,people’s living standards have been further improved,and the pursuit of spiritual life has become more abundant.During holidays,tourism has become the main way for Chinese people to relax and entertain.Tourism industry is one of the world’s largest industries and plays a vital role in the development of urban construction.At the same time,the country is also vigorously advocating the development of tourism in the whole world.The 19th National Congress was held and put forward a strategy for rural revitalization.Under this background,He Nan Province is also keen to develop rural tourism,and many traditional settlement spaces have quietly changed.Taking traditional settlements in Yu Zhong area as the research object and using the first-hand data obtained by investigation as the support,this paper summarizes a series of design countermeasures for the renewal and utilization of traditional settlement space based on tourism industry development theory.This article is divided into four parts,as follows:The first part is the introduction.This part mainly explains the research background,research methods,research framework and research significance,and then expounds the importance of studying the development of the tourism industry for the renewal and utilization of traditional settlements.The second part is the theoretical basis and case analysis.It introduces the conceptual problems related to the development of traditional settlement tourism,clarifies the scope of this article,and introduces the general situation of settlement tourism development at home and abroad.The third part is the main body of the thesis.Based on the actual research of traditional settlement in Yu Zhong area,this paper analyzes the representative case,carries on the feasibility investigation and analysis to the traditional settlement of Yu Zhong area to carry on the tourism industry development,and finally summarizes the space renewal and utilization strategy based on the tourism industry development in Yu Zhong area.The fourth part is the summary.Based on the above,a series of universal practices are summarized,and suggestions and guidelines for theoretical research and practical construction in related fields are given.
