Automobile testing is an indispensable part of the automobile R&D process.Whether it is the performance evaluation of the vehicle in the early stage of automobile R&D,or the improved design when the new car is put into production,a large number of automobile performance tests are required.The emergence of driving simulators not only enables car manufacturers to carry out design verification when there is no prototype vehicle in the early stage of development,but also shortens the test cycle,reduces R&D costs,and improves market competitiveness for automobile R&D.Steering stability is one of the important tests that affects the active safety of automobiles in the six performance tests of automobiles.Aiming at the vehicle handling stability test,this paper studies and develops a virtual test and evaluation system for the vehicle handling stability in the loop.Provide an objective evaluation system for the training results of vehicle operation standardization,test organization ability and data processing ability,so as to improve the economy and safety of vehicle handling stability test,improve the professional skills of test drivers and organizers,and reduce human factors The impact on the evaluation results of vehicle handling stability ensures the objectivity and scientificity of the test process and evaluation conclusions.The content of this paper includes the integration of the human-in-the-loop vehicle handling stability virtual test and evaluation system,the analysis and simulation of sensor error characteristics,the injection and verification of sensor error,the analysis of the influencing factors of the vehicle handling performance evaluation results,and the vehicle operation normative evaluation strategy and model.Construction,vehicle performance evaluation parameter extraction,test data management and visualization.The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:Firstly,according to the functional requirements of carrying out the virtual test of vehicle handling stability and its evaluation,a virtual test system and operation evaluation system of vehicle handling stability performance in the loop are built.According to the structure and function of the virtual test and evaluation system,the data flow chart and data interface are designed to realize the data interaction between each module.Second,in order to carry out the training of test data processing ability,in view of the difference in measurement data error between vehicle dynamics simulation and test,this paper analyzes the acceleration sensor,gyroscope,steering wheel angle sensor,steering wheel according to the sensor structure,working principle and error generation mechanism.The mathematical characteristics of random errors and systematic errors such as torque sensors are analyzed,the corresponding error models are established,and the system-random error injection method is proposed.The experimental verification results show that the error model and system-random error injection method established in this paper can effectively realize the simulation and injection of sensor errors.Thirdly,in order to carry out standardized training and evaluation of test personnel,in order to reduce the deviation of test vehicle performance evaluation caused by the non-standard operation of test personnel.This paper proposes a normative evaluation method of test vehicle driving operation based on the empirical mean value,designs the extraction algorithm of vehicle performance parameters,and designs a comprehensive evaluation strategy of operation normativeness including process evaluation and result evaluation.The form of piecewise function is used to establish the result evaluation model of test driver’s operation norm.Finally,the evaluation model was used to evaluate and verify the operation normativeness of 5 car test trainees of different genders.The results show that the operation normative evaluation strategy and model can effectively evaluate the operation normativeness of the vehicle handling stability test.Fourth,the virtual test console software was designed and developed with QT Creator as the development platform;SQLite database technology was used to store,read and store relevant data such as test organization,vehicle dynamics simulation,error simulation and injection,and operation normative evaluation.Query function;using the QWT plug-in to develop data and information visualization modules,as well as the selection of test sites,vehicle models and test instruments.
