Since 21st century, collaborative consumption,as a new green consumption pattern, has gained increasing attention.Traditional economic theory believes that supply is from demand and the balance between them is the key to keep economic rolling alone. For the current supply/demand imbalances, causing by imbalanced resource allocation, the mobile Internet provides a solution that we should change the situation of resources'ineffective suppling by collaborative consumption.Based on it,this paper is to explore the way to optimize the allocation of community resources through a study on the influence of the community service facilities needs by collaborative consumption. From the perspective of behavioral study, the ideas of the interaction between behavioral activities and service facilities are borrowed, along with the mathematical statistics to analyze the demand-supply relationship between co-consumption's behavioral activities and community service facilities and explore the planning strategy for optimizing resource allocation and improving facility service level.First, this paper sorts out the construction and development of community service facilities under the changes of consumption patterns and concludes the interaction between the consumption pattern and community service facility planning. Then the interaction relationship is taken as the starting point to draw the survey and analysis ideas and divides the co?consumption into online and offline links for further study.Thereafter, the characteristics of community resource consumption demand and co-consumption behavioral activities under the influence of co-consumption.Through the analysis of consumption demand and behavioral characteristics, the demand level of community service facility is redefined and the spatial behavior patterns of co-consumption are divided into" community self-service co-consumption","neighbor assistant co-consumption" and "city supply co-consumption".Different patterns depend on the consumption transport in different levels, resulting in obvious changes of consumption transport in different spatial ranges:one is the growing between-household visits within the community;the second is that the neighbor consumption transport is replaced by delivery service. The changes in the consumption transport also indicate the changes in the spatial function distribution, which needs to be met by changing the spatial organization ways.According to the demand changes and service functions of service facilities, the paper categorizes the service facility levels aligned with the co-consumption to optimize the spatial organization structure of the service facility. At last,to adapt to and motivate co-consumption and realize the optimal allocation of community resources, the paper draws the service principles of high return, high efficiency and high efficacy of the community service facilities from the value meanings of co-consumption's ecology, economy and society.Based on the specific cases, from the aspects of functional integration, spatial distribution and activity update, the paper explores the planning and design strategy of improving community service facility's service level.
