| Commercial complexes are important building types in cities and important carriers for people’s various production and life.The construction of commercial complexes in the northeast of Chongqing has grown like mushrooms after a rain in recent years.However,after a large number of commercial complexes were built,their effects were not satisfactory,and the development of relevant design theories for commercial complexes far lagged behind the speed of their construction practice,resulting in poor user experience and low level of land intensive development in a large number of commercial complexes in the northeast of Chongqing.Therefore,there is an urgent need to build high-quality commercial complex buildings in the northeastern region of Chongqing to meet the growing demand for a better life for residents and promote high-quality urban development in the region.Therefore,this thesis starts with the relevant theories of commercial complexes,conducts on-site investigation and analysis of commercial complexes in the northeast of Chongqing.It summarizes the evaluation index system that mainly affects the design of commercial complexes in the northeast of Chongqing,establishes an evaluation model,and gives expert scores to each indicator layer.The weight of each indicator is calculated using the AHP analytic hierarchy process,Then,based on a survey of a large number of commercial complexes built in the northeast region of Chongqing,a large number of newly built and put into use projects in the past10 years were selected.A large number of questionnaire surveys were conducted to quantify the data.On this basis,summarize the common problems that exist in commercial complexes in the northeast region of Chongqing.Finally,the design principles of humanization,regionalism,comfort,practicality,and innovation are proposed,and then "as urban nodes,integrating urban public transportation","improving supporting facilities,improving the quality of commercial space","optimizing parking systems,enhancing travel experience experience","improving landscape environment,creating comfortable experience consumption","strengthening the combination of business formats to meet the daily life of residents" The design strategies of "improving architectural design,highlighting urban image characteristics" and "creating activity venues to accommodate urban public activities" aim to jointly promote the high-quality development of commercial complexes in the northeastern region of Chongqing from a multidimensional perspective. |
