Research On The Entrance Environment Design Of Commercial Complex In Chongqing

As a link between commercial complex and urban street landscape,the entrance environment of commercial complex is not only an integral part of commercial complex,but also an important landscape node of the urban public space.It shows common style and features between commercial complex and city.At present,a large number of new commercial complexes appear in city,in the progress of times,the early commercial complex entrance environment has been unable to meet people's growing material and cultural needs,in addition,due to the development of policies to promote city construction,more and more land space are in demand,however,land resources is limited,city develops toward mountainous area.Therefore,it is very urgent to study the entrance environment of commercial complex with a certain terrain height difference.As a typical mountainous city,the entrance environment of commercial complex in Chongqing is affected by terrain factor,its landscape design has a certain of complexity.As one of the four municipalities,with the rapid development of Chongqing in recent years,the renovation and expansion of the entrance environment of commercial complex has become main trend,which has attracted a lot of attention from many parties.This article takes the entrance of commercial complex in Chongqing as the research object.Try to begin on the perspective of landscape planning and design,with the help of research theory about the entrance environment design of commercial complex,survey and analyze current situation in the entrance environment of commercial complex in Chongqing,summarize existing advantages and problems,put forward a set of comprehensive environment design strategy of the entrance of commercial complex.This article is mainly discussed from following parts:First,study on theories about the entrance environment design of commercial complex,sum up the structure,function,characteristic and role of the entrance of commercial complex,and related theories in exterior space design,gray space,city street landscape design,environmental behavior of the entrance of commercial complex,to build a theoretical basis for following field research.Second,on the basis of seven principles: covering nine districts,various combination,different developers,construction scale from small to large,different biggest level difference,abundant terrain changes,built and put into use,select 19 entrance of commercial complex in Chongqing as focus of this study.Make an investigation and analysis from five aspects of space form,traffic environment,soft landscape,hard landscape and cultural expression.From the overall spatial organization,include three different spaces of door space,transition space,edge space;from the traffic flow to connect spaces,include overall traffic,pedestrian traffic,vehicle traffic and barrier-free facilities for handicapped people;from soft landscape in landscape elements,include plant greening and water landscape;from hard landscape in landscape elements,include pavement,chair,lamp,sculpture,signage and garbage can;from spiritual and cultural expression,include three aspects of regional culture,business culture,enterprise culture.Through the investigation and analysis of the current entrance environment of commercial complex in Chongqing,summarize the advantages and problems in space form,traffic environment,soft landscape,hard landscape and cultural expression.Third,combine theoretical research with field research above,put forward five design principles that should be followed in the entrance environment Design of commercial complex,include the whole principle,functional principle,aesthetic principle,ecological principle and cultural principle;and from the five aspects of space form,traffic environment,soft landscape,hard landscape and cultural expression,summarize corresponding design strategy,include put forward the space form design from door,peripheral space,edge space;put forward the traffic environment design from pedestrian traffic environment,vehicle traffic environment and barrier-free facilities;put forward the soft landscape design from plants and water;put forward the hard landscape design from pavement,seat,light,sculpture,sign,garbage box;put forward regional culture,commercial culture and enterprise culture expression design from landscape symbol and specific techniques.It is expected to provide a certain guiding role for the entrance environment design of commercial complex in the future.
