Research On Cost Control Of DG Power Supply Enterprise Operation And Maintenance

Currently,with the rapid development of air and road transportation,the share of railway transportation in the transportation market has relatively decreased,posing unprecedented challenges to the railway transportation industry and significantly reducing its revenue.As a pillar industry,railway transportation holds an important position and plays a crucial role in the socio-economic sphere,which means railway transportation enterprises will continue to increase their investment in human,material,and financial resources to ensure orderly railway construction and stable operation,and to meet the society’s demand for railway transportation.Therefore,railway transportation enterprises will face considerable pressure on their revenue and expenditure balance due to the continuous increase in investment costs for their development.Since transportation costs keep rising and are difficult to control,enterprises need to take measures to strengthen the management and control of railway transportation operating costs,to minimize the increase in transportation costs and improve operational benefits.DG power supply enterprise is an important subsidiary of the Railway Transportation Group Company,mainly engaged in traction power supply for electrified railways,railway transportation signal power supply,power supply for railway regions,and maintenance of power equipment.Cost control has always been a focus of the company.However,with the deepening development of the railway transportation industry’s corporate transformation,the traditional cost control mode can no longer meet the requirements of modern society and the market.Although the company has become more strict in controlling costs,these measures have not achieved the expected results,which has had a significant impact on the sustainable development of the company.Therefore,the research objective of this article is the cost control of railway enterprise operation and maintenance.Based on an analysis of the overview of the railway transportation industry,the mode of daily production and operation,and the current situation of enterprise cost control,combined with the real problems in operating cost control in DG power supply enterprise,this article proposes measures to improve the cost control of the company,providing useful guidance to help the company improve cost-effectiveness.By formulating more effective cost control strategies,this can solve to a certain extent the operation and maintenance cost control problems faced by DG power supply enterprise,and promote more scientific cost control to improve the company’s performance.This article uses the theory and guidance of cost management,principles and goals of cost control,and methods to describe the current situation of operation and maintenance cost control in DG power supply enterprise.At the same time,by analyzing the problems and reasons of operation and maintenance cost control work,improvement measures are proposed for the operation and maintenance cost control problems of DG power supply enterprise.The application of the research results in this article to practice can actively guide DG power supply enterprise to carry out operation and maintenance cost control work,effectively promote more scientific and rational business management of DG power supply enterprise,and provide certain reference significance for cost management and control work of similar enterprises.
