With the acceleration of urbanization,the speed,breadth and intensity of social mobility,differentiation and reorganization are more than in previous periods.Various pressures from life and work,such as employment difficulties,work difficulties,learning difficulties and pension difficulties,have triggered people’s more common sense of panic and anxiety,followed by a variety of so-called "rat race".Continuous high pressure leads to frequent physical health problems and mental health problems.People generally need a product to relieve the negative emotions caused by various pressures.Therefore,in view of the serious "internal volume" phenomenon in today’s society and people’s high pressure,this paper explores the design methods of stress-relieving products under the guidance of behavioral psychology theory,hoping to provide some new ideas for the design of stress-relieving products.With the help of the knowledge of behavioral psychology,this paper analyzes the behavior and psychological characteristics of the users in the pressure group and analyzes the design and research of the products to relieve the pressure.Through psychological literature research on stress relief,user case interviews and behavioral observation studies,the sources and types of stress were analyzed,and the common stress relief behaviors and psychological adjustment and healing factors were classified and summarized.Stress reduction behavior is mainly divided into active intentional stress reduction behavior and non-active unconscious stress relief behavior.Psychological regulation of stress includes positive psychological suggestion and the use of healing factors such as aromatherapy and music therapy.According to the research points of behavioral psychology,the existing stress-relieving products are classified and analyzed from the three dimensions of behavior,psychology and environment,and the design strategies of stress-relieving products under the guidance of behavioral psychology are summarized as follows:Take user behavior as the center to guide product use mode design;Strengthen the positive healing factors on psychological stress externalization of negative emotion regulation;Pay attention to the limitations and guidance of product design in product use environment.Finally,on the basis of all the analysis,the office workers aged 23-30 in the career establishment period are taken as the main target users,the design practice and design evaluation feedback of stress-relieving products are carried out,and the design strategy of stress-relieving products based on behavioral psychology is verified.
