All kinds of fires happen every year in the world.The occurrence of fires will not only cause casualties,economic losses,but also have a negative impact on the environment.In terms of the way of reducing the impact of disasters,self-help is an important way in the process of disaster rescue,so this paper will take the stress response and self-help behavior of people under the condition of disasters as the research background,carry out the interactive product design based on the stress response under the condition of fire,improve the escape rate of indoor people,and on this basis,shorten the time required for escape The current research work and research background,this study will be mainly from the following four aspects:The first part of the main research content is the introduction part,mainly uses the literature review method,carries on the domestic and foreign research present situation overview,and on this basis summarizes the present research insufficiency and the limitation,as this article research focal point and the research goal,in discusses the research background foundation,carries on the research significance determination.The second part of the main research content is the theoretical basis of research,market research and product comparative analysis.The research content of this part mainly adopts literature summary method and market research method.Combined with the content of literature summary,the type of indoor fire is determined,and on this basis,the development stage and corresponding characteristics of indoor fire are introduced,as well as the impact of fire as the basic form of disaster on personal safety.This paper analyzes the psychology of people under the background of simulated fire,and summarizes the psychological analysis of self rescue people under different psychological guidance conditions.By using the method of market research,the necessity of emergency products can be obtained by investigating the purchase of emergency exits and fire products for several office buildings,hotels,shopping malls and railway stations.Using comparative analysis method and experience summary method,this paper makes a comparative analysis of domestic fire extinguishers and the types of fire masks on the market as product analysis cases,summarizes the design deficiencies and design defects in the current emergency products on the market as the breakthrough point of design,and integrates and analyzes the product design elements combined with the research conclusion in the previous paper.The results of analysis and comparison of products are taken as the main design requirements in the design process,including reasonable operation,function realization,special use,daily preservation and other four aspects of design requirements.The main content of the third part is practice research and model research.From the content of the article,the research content of this part includes the content of the third chapter and the content of the fourth chapter.From the perspective of practice research,it mainly includes two aspects of work.The first aspect is to carry out corresponding practice for indoor personnel’s fire stress psychology The user behavior path is analyzed.The second aspect is to use the existing user interview data to get the key to establish user behavior,which can ensure the effectiveness of the interview conclusion.From the perspective of model research,there are three aspects of work.The first aspect is to use FDS fire simulation software to establish the relevant model of indoor people’s escape behavior under fire conditions and determine the escape time;the second aspect is to use the theoretical knowledge of color psychology to propose the visual sensory needs that can grasp users’ stress psychology Seek,derive to alleviate the psychological needs of negative emotions related content,product color design conclusion.The third aspect is to carry out the experiment,through eye tracker,to collect the information of users’ escape behavior under the condition of fire simulation,to analyze the people’s stress response behavior under the condition of fire,and to use the Eviews data analysis software to establish a significant analysis and correlation analysis between the stress psychology and direct behavior of the people who successfully escaped and the successful escape This is the design goal in product design.In summary,the key points in the process of product design and development are defined through factors such as color,shape,material,use mode and learning time.The fourth part is the product design display and research summary,including sketch,effect display,exploded view and related product description,and analyzes the main research conclusions and research results in the current research.Finally,in the sixth chapter,based on the above content,the limitations of the corresponding research are analyzed,and the future research prospects are proposed.
