| In modern period,Japanese colonialists successively occupied a large area of China,and carried out large-scale urban planning and architectural activities in it.Many of these buildings have become cultural relics protection units,which still have important warning significance and heritage value for today’s social development.Changchun and Qingdao were the key areas of economic and social development in Northeast China and East China during the Japanese occupation period,respectively,and the financial buildings that controlled the economic lifelines of the two places came into being.As related branches introduced at the same time,they were more convincing in expressing the commonality of the times.Due to the influence of Japanese local architectural thoughts at the same time,the architectural styles of the two places have produced many similarities and differences,and this phenomenon of cultural transmission is of special significance for enriching the study of modern architectural history.This paper first outlines the source and background of the study,discusses the purpose and significance of the study,delimits the scope and content of the study,and analyzes it according to the current research situation at home and abroad,and finally formulates the framework of the paper for a comprehensive summary.This paper discusses the correlation between the two places from the perspective of modern cities and architectural construction in modern times,and then makes field research and investigation on the financial buildings in the two places during the Japanese occupation period,and explores the development pattern of financial architecture in the construction activities of the two places based on the development of the financial industry.Sorting out the investigation of financial buildings,making a deep analysis of their location distribution,functional changes and current characteristics,and also seeing a comparison between the two places from a macro perspective,and then making a value evaluation of these financial old sites and summarizing their value laws.In view of the existing characteristics of financial buildings in the two places during the Japanese occupation period published above,this paper summarizes various factors that affect the similarities and differences between the two places,thus playing a warning role for future heritage protection and new building construction,and laying a good foundation for more detailed research below.By means of data,writing and drawing after on-the-spot investigation,this paper makes a comparative analysis of financial buildings in the Japanese occupation period between the two places in many aspects.Firstly,compares the spatial modeling of financial buildings in the two places,and discusses the morphological pattern and structural order;Then analyzes the architectural forms and detailed components of the buildings,and elaborates the expression of the aesthetics of various architectural components;Finally,starting with the study of architectural skin,this paper discusses the psychological perception and feelings conveyed by colors and materials under the background of the times,so as to realize the comparative research methods from total to sub-and from shallow to deep. |
