Study On The Decoration Style Of Architectural Built In Qingdao During The First Japanese Occupation Period(1914-1922)

The Qingdao area was occupied by Japan for the first time in 1914-1922,and in the period before 1914,Qingdao was a German overseas colony,which led to the early architectural style of qingdao,mainly German-style Architecture.This architectural style was changed during the first occupation of japan,and the nature of the city in Qingdao also changed during the same period.In the planning of the German occupation period,the Qingdao urban development is mainly the military base and the commercial port parallel,but in Japan’s first occupation period Qingdao City nature is more inclined to the commercial development.In this period of qingdao,a large number of commercial buildings,the volume and appearance of the building compared to the German occupation period has Changed.This paper focuses on the architectural decoration and architectural details of the first occupation period in japan,and interprets the architectural features of this period from a microscopic level of architecture,so as to understand the development and changes of architectural style in the history of modern architecture in qingdao,and to make the development of modern architecture more profound and clear.Starting with the study of Japanese architecture,This paper focuses on the evolution and development of Japan’s modern architecture,grasping the excessive development of Japanese architecture from the Oriental wood frame architecture style to Western-style "quasi-foreign wind" architecture,so as to search for the architectural decoration form of the building in Qingdao area which originated from Japan during the first occupation period in Japan.In the study of modern Japanese architecture,the author discusses the contemporary architectural trend of thought and finds its influence on the architectural decoration style of this period.In the classification of architectural details at the same time to root source,to find out the architectural decoration and detail style Development.In the process of further investigation,some problems existed in this period and some loopholes in building protection were also found.Then,This paper systematically describes the historical value,cultural value and economic value of the architecture in this period,which leads to the strategy of historical building protection and the method of historical building Renewal.It provides a practical strategy and renewal plan for the protection and reuse of historical buildings in this period.
