| Qingdao is one of the most famous historical and cultural cities in China,mainly because of its modern and diversified architectural style.Influenced by the colonial influence of Germany and Japan,these buildings fused the characteristics of Chinese architecture and Western architecture,and were preserved under the baptism of history,which became a rare historical district in the world.The choice of time ranges from the German occupation of Qingdao in 1897 to the control of Qingdao by Germany in 1914,covering the main construction time of the buildings in the German occupied period of Qingdao.The spatial range of Qingdao city is the city’s four districts,mainly concentrated in the old city district and Shinan District within the scope of the German occupation period the main city planning area.On the basis of the history of modern Qingdao,the Qingdao in the German occupation period of residential construction,and summarizes the Qingdao during the German occupation of residential building architectural style,and the Qingdao German occupation of the residential buildings to use modern residents’ value.This paper expounds the significance of the transformation and utilization of residential buildings in Qingdao during the period of German occupation,and provides practical design methods and technical means for them.This paper is divided into four chapters,in which the first chapter briefly describes the general situation and history of Qingdao,defines the scope of study,selects the research methods,and expounds the purpose and significance of the study.It also summarizes the research made by domestic and foreign scholars during the past 100 years on residential building renovation.The second chapter mainly investigates the current situation of residential buildings in Qingdao during the period of German occupation,analyzes and summarizes them from the aspects of historicalevolution,distribution survey,architectural style and so on.And from the type of the existing Qingdao area of Germany accounted for the period of residential building summary and site investigation.The third chapter explores the possible reconstruction of Qingdao occupied independent courtyard building period significance and problems in the process of transformation.Some similar cases at home and abroad in recent years,as well as relevant policies and regulations related to the reform are listed.The Qingdao independent courtyard building period accounted for transformation principle,and summed up in Qingdao during the German occupation,independent courtyard building renovation suitable design method and corresponding technology,also put forward some new views about the design of energy saving and environmental protection scheme,summarizes the Qingdao area occupied several models and methods of residential building renovation period.The fourth chapter through all-round analysis of examples of independent courtyard buildings the author’s participation,verify the feasibility of the design method proposed and reconstruction technology. |
