In the face of the severe situation caused by global warming,the continuous deterioration of the ecological environment,and the relative scarcity of resources and energy,the urgency of energy conservation and emission reduction is imminent.With China proposing the "3060 goal" at the United Nations General Assembly and the implementation of relevant national policies,there has been an unprecedented focus on the construction of primary and secondary school buildings under the concept of low carbon in China.The development of primary and secondary school buildings under the concept of low carbon is closely related to low carbon architecture,energy-saving technologies,low carbon education,and low carbon management.However,in the rapid development of the construction industry,many issues have arisen,which have hindered the promotion of low carbon in primary and secondary school buildings.This article takes architectural planning as the theoretical research foundation,integrates it with relevant content of the low carbon concept,and conducts research on primary and secondary school buildings in cold regions.The aim is to play a positive role in the feasibility study,site design,architectural design,low carbon education,and low carbon management of primary and secondary school buildings in cold regions under the concept of low carbon.Firstly,the article analyzes the basic theories of architectural planning and primary and secondary school buildings in cold regions under the low carbon concept,and points out the main problems existing in these buildings.Secondly,it constructs the overall architectural planning process based on goal determination,information collection and factual analysis,external condition investigation,internal condition investigation,and problem statement.Then,it studies the relevant information elements from the perspectives of site selection and environmental construction,spatial planning and construction,application of low carbon energy-saving technologies,and planning and construction of low carbon education and management,combined with the characteristics of primary and secondary school buildings in cold regions.The information elements are then screened and evaluated to complete the planning system for primary and secondary school buildings in cold regions under the low carbon concept,providing suitable design strategies for low carbon concept schools.Finally,the article combines the actual project in a cold region with the aforementioned planning results to construct the architectural planning for Liwang High School in Changchun City under the concept of low carbon,formulates relevant design requirements for Liwang High School in Changchun City,and guides the generation of architectural design proposals.
