| At the beginning of 2020,the new coronavirus swept the world,and as of January2023,China entered the normalization of the epidemic,and the new coronavirus infection began to take Class B prevention and control measures.China’s aging population is becoming more and more obvious,the new coronavirus is widely infected,and most of the elderly suffer from underlying diseases,resulting in the mortality rate of the elderly group far exceeding that of other disease groups.The elderly group has a long recovery period and more laborious nursing,which requires a lot of nursing resources and medical resources.During the treatment process,it is easy to cause cross-infection between patients due to different pathologies.In terms of physiology,elderly patients are weaker after infection due to weak immune system,and the equipment and beds used in the process of treatment in isolation wards are the same as those of young people,and the immunity of elderly patients cannot be enhanced through appropriate exercise during treatment.In terms of psychology,the elderly are more likely to cause anxiety and fear after infection,how to meet the physiological and psychological needs of the elderly during treatment and reduce the additional pressure of medical staff has become an important research topic.This design takes the elderly in the isolation ward as the main research object,takes the isolation and treatment ward as the main environment,conducts in-depth research and analysis around the elderly patients and medical staff,and designs a medical nursing bed for the elderly in the isolation ward,which functionally solves the daily life needs of the elderly,assists the elderly to complete the physiological needs of the hospital bed such as eating,washing,turning over,and exercising,and takes care of the psychological needs of the elderly in the design of the interactive system.Allow the elderly to carry out real-time communication with family members or appropriate recreational interactive activities during treatment to help elderly patients relieve psychological pressure.The isolation medical nursing bed is equipped with air purification system,negative pressure air curtain,real-time monitoring of body temperature and other functions to avoid cross-infection events during isolation treatment and reduce the pressure of medical staff when caring for elderly patients. |
