The Design Of The Activity Center In The Old Community From The Perspective Of Community Building

With the development of urban construction in China entering the stage of stock optimization,the renewal of old community activity centers has also received increasing attention.The number of community activity spaces that need improvement is increasing,and a top-down approach is difficult to achieve rapid improvement.At present,citizen participation has gradually become an important issue,and the allocation of rights and responsibilities in the renovation of old residential areas and the promotion of balance of interests between different entities have become an important evaluation factor for stock optimization.In this trend,using the perspective of community building and adopting gradual and participatory transformation methods can enhance the quality of old community activity centers,promote public interaction and communication,and be conducive to the revitalization of old community activity centers.The overall research is divided into the following stages: firstly,through literature research,the existing theories are sorted out,the concepts of old community activity centers and community building as the research objects are defined,and the development status of community building and activity centers at home and abroad is clarified;Secondly,by refining the design strategy of the completed activity center case,design requirements are formed;Once again,based on literature review,railway community project research,and crowd demand analysis,design principles and concepts are constructed;Finally,on this basis,take the design of Hohhot Railway Community Activity Center as a case for design verification and practice.Based on the theory of community building,analyze the design of activity center updates to form a community environment of co creation,co management,and co sharing,create a harmonious and beautiful community space,and promote the development of a harmonious society.
