With the coordinated transformation of the whole industrial chain,the promotion of cultivating and developing new models such as personalized customization and flexible manufacturing,as well as the transformation of consumer demand and the deep integration of the industrial chain have created favorable opportunities for enterprises.The market competition in the home appliance industry is intensifying,the market is gradually saturated,and the development speed of the industry is gradually slowing down.In addition,with the impact of COVID-19 on traditional offline stores,home appliance enterprises are in urgent need of accelerating the pace of transformation.The optimization of the whole value chain is the main method for home appliance enterprises to get out of the difficulties and achieve sustainable development.In 2012,the Cygnet Washing Machine Division of Midea began to explore the optimization method of the whole value chain,and the T+3 model was launched,becoming the first full value chain optimization method to form a system in the home appliance industry.This study aims to study the optimization of the whole value chain on the basis of the reform of T+3 model,provide suggestions for the further optimization of T+3 mode,and provide reference for other enterprises in the home appliance industry to optimize the whole value chain.In this paper,the beautiful cygnet T+3 model is selected as the subject of case analysis to study the optimization of the whole value chain.After summarizing the current situation of home appliance industry,the basic situation of Midea Group and the specific content and achievements of T+3 model,the value chain of home appliance industry is analyzed from the perspective of internal and external value chain,and the T + 3 model is analyzed from three levels of production and marketing model,business model and business model.Secondly,the T+3 model is analyzed and evaluated,and periodically analyzed from the perspective of the main value activities of the model.At the same time,the limitations of the model,as well as the sales link,research and development link,standby production efficiency,logistics system and fund management ability need to be further improved.In view of the defects of Midea group and T+3 model,this paper aims at customer value,using fuzzy linear planning method to build the whole value chain optimization model,find the optimal total cost,the optimal cost and the proportion of the total value chain cost,and determine the value value for T+3 model,pointing out the direction for the enterprise value chain optimization.Finally,the experience and existing shortcomings of T+3 model reform are summarized.This study hopes to help Midea Cygnet to further improve the T+3 model,promote the optimization and reform process of the whole value chain of Midea Group,and provide excellent experience cases and effective optimization scheme for other enterprises in the whole value chain of the home appliance industry.
