The ship training platform is a practical simulation training device with the purpose of water adaptability.It has the functions of crew training and entertainment game.More of the existing ship training platform technology uses the calculation method to realize the motion simulation of the hull.It is often difficult to simulate a ship's posture.The field of its view is also often computational simulation.It is not the reappearance of the real image,the satisfaction of the actual application is not enough,and it is difficult to meet the requirements of the high-end training program,especially the training of seafarers.The subject is of great value to the routine training of merchant seamen and the game entertainment industry,and it is also of great significance to China's modern naval construction.The navy is one of the important China's defense forces,but also an important guarantee of China's coastline security and people's happiness.Its comprehensive strength of ascension requires not only advanced military hardware,need but also more first-class Marine.The project is expected to achieve the selection of Marine soldiers and daily adaptive training at a low cost.Based on the integration of inertial sensor technology,Internet of things technology and virtual reality technology,this paper constructs an interactive virtual ship training platform.The research contents mainly include:1)Overall scheme design.Aiming at the problems in the existing ship training platform and combining the characteristics of ship movement,the system performance indicators and functional requirements are given.According to the design indicators and the principle of inertial navigation,the scheme design of the system mechanical structure and software and hardware is carried out,and the euler Angle solution algorithm of kalman filter is determined as the attitude algorithm of this paper.2)Mechanical structure design.According to the design indicators,the materials,dimensions and key components are designed,selected and checked.At the same time,kinematic analysis of the mechanical structure of the system shows that the design indicators can be satisfied.3)Hardware and software design.According to the system function requirement,the hardware construction and software preparation for each module are built.The data acquisition module realizes the acquisition,processing and transmission of sensor data.The server realizes data transmission and storage.The platform control module realizes the motion control of the ship training platform.The VR glasses realize the operation of panoramic AR visual system.4)System test.Several experiments were carried out on various aspects of the system,including the sensor data precision experiment,the communication experiment between the system modules and the experiment of the platform control performance.The field experiment shows that the interactive ship training platform can reproduce the ship's attitude and visual environment.It can meet the needs of water adaptability training,especially the training needs of high-end training programs such as naval soldiers and commercial seafarers,and meet the demands of interactive experience in the game entertainment industry.
