| With the continuous development of computer technology,virtual reality(Virtual Reality,abbreviated "VR")has also been widely used in various fields,and plays an important role in it.Among them,the application of virtual reality technology to ship inclining test training is an important direction.During the construction of the ship,for the actual ship inclining test training,the test will be limited by the test equipment,personnel,site,weather and other conditions,and the ship inclining test training cannot be carried out normally.The safety issues brought by the training process should also be considered.The virtual simulation test of ship inclining can not only save costs and avoid risks,but also break the traditional space and time constraints,allowing users to complete test operations in unrestricted virtual scenes.Therefore,the application of virtual reality technology to ship inclining test training has important practical application value.In order to further strengthen the combination of theoretical teaching and practical operation of ship inclining test,reduce actual training costs,and solve problems such as the limitation of colleges or training institutions,this paper takes a 64,000-ton bulk carrier as the research object,using three-dimensional solid modeling,VR,3D simulation,HTML5 and other technologies,with the help of software platforms such as3 DSMax,Unity3D,Wanwei Engine,etc.,to build a set of virtual simulation system for ship inclining test that can combine theoretical teaching and practical teaching.First,analyze the development requirements of the ship inclining virtual test simulation system,study the function of the inclining test simulation system,and formulate the system development technical route and the overall system design scheme.Secondly,based on the principle and method of ship inclining test,3DSMax software is used to build a three-dimensional model of bulk carrier,test scene and test equipment,and the mapping and rendering of the three-dimensional model are completed according to the real scene effect.Use Unity3 D to build environmental model special effects such as sky and water flow,complete the baking of the scene,and realize the simulation of the effect of the scene model.Then,the collision detection and other technologies in the virtual scene are studied,and the simulation function of the whole process of the ship inclining test is realized by combining the C# script language and the Wanwei engine language.The browser and server structure mode(Browser/Server abbreviated as "B/S")is adopted to realize the data transmission between the virtual simulation system of the ship inclining test and the cloud server.Finally,the functional test of the simulation system is carried out,and the simulation data is compared with the real ship test data.The simulation deviation of the test data is within a reasonable range,which verify the feasibility and applicability of the simulation test system.The development of the ship inclining test simulation system based on virtual reality can help learners to sort out and improve the actual operation process of ship inclining test,greatly improve the learning efficiency,and also provide a reference for the teaching of ship inclining test training and the training of ship practitioners in my country’s colleges and universities. |
