With the rapid development of information technology in the world,information technology has profoundly affected all walks of life,and the business development of enterprises is more dependent on the stable operation of IT systems.IT service management has improved the quality,reliability and availability of IT resources and services from enterprises.So that enterprises and organizations can operate more effectively,and develop into an important part of supporting enterprise development and participating in enterprise strategy formulation.In the traditional water conservancy industry,the IT department has always belonged to the support and guarantee category,and the positioning and evaluation are mostly IT support.Therefore,IT service management attaches great importance to process sorting and service result evaluation.How to improve IT service management level,establish a suitable IT service management system,provide customers with a stable and reliable information system,respond to customer business needs in a timely manner,and continuously optimize IT The level of service management has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the above background,this thesis researches and analyzes the problems in JH company’s IT service management process,and proposes optimization strategies.Firstly,it introduces the general background of the water conservancy information industry,and analyzes the problems of JH Company and its IT service management status,draws lessons from and introduces domestic ITSS related standards and practices,and proposes an optimization plan for JH Company’s IT service management.By establishing clear IT service management goals and aligning them with the overall goals of the organization;adopting industry-accepted best practices to help ensure the effective delivery and management of IT services;adopting automation tools wherever possible to improve efficiency and reduce human error;facilitate collaboration and communication to ensure that IT services and business goals are aligned;continuously monitor the delivery and performance of IT services and implement improvements when needed to ensure that IT services remain optimized and effective.The follow-up research results show that this optimization scheme has improved customer experience to a large extent,improved business efficiency and productivity,promoted internal innovation and external competitiveness of enterprises,helped enterprises reduce costs and risks,and enhanced enterprise information safety,gained more market share,and basically achieved the strategic goals of the enterprise.All these prove that the research has substantial effects,and also has some reference significance for other enterprises. |
