| With the rapid development of the real estate industry in recent years and the aggravation of "commercialization" saturation,the pre-sale form of commercial housing used by most domestic developers tends to be mature,and the derived "sales department",which is a collection of house viewing,negotiation,office and commercial functions as one of the buildings,also shows more and more diversified characteristics.Sales center not only shows the overall style of the property,rich marketing means,but also reflects the enterprise brand and culture of an important carrier.Therefore,the theoretical research and practice of interior space design of the sales department is of great significance to the functional form,use efficiency,space conversion,cultural communication and sustainable development of the sales department.First of all,this paper summarizes the relevant information of the sales department,expounds the concept,type and development status at home and abroad of the sales department,as well as the role of the sales department in real estate performance,brand communication and user experience.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey method to explore the needs of customers in the process of house purchase under the scene of the sales department,including display,sustainability,interaction,and so on,according to this to determine the research content of space design,namely: green design,practical design,aesthetic design and economic design.Then according to the above theoretical research and user research to develop the sales department interior design strategy,including design elements,design principles.Then,guided by user demand analysis and design strategy,the project of sales department of Nanchang Qingyunfu was designed and practiced,and the later transformation design plan was completed.Finally,the design practice project is evaluated from two aspects of theoretical elements evaluation and design effect evaluation,and the advantages and disadvantages of the project design are analyzed to summarize the project.This paper focuses on the temporary,display,commercial and dynamic lines and spatial relations of the sales department buildings.It makes an in-depth analysis of the functional use and spatial planning inside the sales department,studies and discusses how to give full play to the efficacy and value of the sales space,and verifies it through design practice projects.Maximize the space utilization efficiency and brand value of the sales department. |
