In recent years,with more than two decades of market-oriented reform,China’s economy has developed rapidly.At the same time,China is actively promoting external development,and the real estate industry is beginning to emerge.For real estate,the sales center is a comprehensive commercial space integrating reception,display and sales,which brings huge profits for real estate marketing and is a crucial link.Therefore,the sales center design has been attached importance to by developers.For the design of the sales center,the designer not only needs to consider whether its architectural appearance is unique,whether the interior space is comfortable and gorgeous,but also needs to consider whether the sales center can well express the developer’s corporate culture and the cultural connotation of the project.Based on the concept of the sales center,this paper studies its development context,and combines the current situation to make a clear and reasonable analysis of its unique characteristics,the problems still existing in the modern sales center and the future development direction.Will be people-oriented as the design principle,into the local characteristics of the historical and cultural elements,fully grasp consumers in the purchase of consumer psychology,as the principle to guide the sales center interior space design.Interior design in the center of the sales process,we are no longer used one-sided showed the center for real estate information,but through a variety of creative and design,the interior space and architecture as well as local cultural history more harmoniously,become a cultural experience space,space for the buyers to provide immersive experience.Showed the unilateral become effective communication of both sides,on this basis,make the enterprise’s brand culture and project the expression of humanistic ideas in a more efficient and intuitive way to convey to the minds of buyers,and wish to use,put forward the new thinking,lead designers to the center of the future development of new diversified interior design exploration.
