The existing quality management level of internet software enterprises cannot meet the requirements of complex and ever-changing market demands and rapid delivery.Many small and medium-sized Internet enterprises often sacrifice software quality in exchange for development efficiency to achieve the goal of quickly bringing software products to the market.The problem is that the quality management of the Internet software project is not standardized,the quality control of the software development process is lacking,and the quality management is ineffective.A large number of defects are constantly generated in each stage of the Internet software project development.Eventually,the delivery of the Internet software product fails due to the accumulation of too many defects,or accidents occur frequently after the delivery online and users complain and urgently offline.Internet software companies must urgently strive to enhance the quality management of their projects,swiftly resolve software product quality issues,and augment user satisfaction.This article’s research is conducted from three perspectives: the quality management standing of V Company’s automotive internet software project N,the formation of quality management models,and the examination of quality management tactics.(1)Analyzed the quality management issues of V Company’s automotive internet software project N and revealed the key reasonsThis paper comprehensively investigated the software product quality satisfaction and software development process quality management problems of the automotive Internet software project N through a two-dimensional questionnaire method.Based on the three stages of pre event,in-process and post event,the problems were sorted out according to the "organization,process and technology" quality iron triangle.The key reasons for the problems were analyzed through 5M1 E and fishbone diagram analysis methods.(2)Construction of Quality Management Model for V Company’s Automotive Internet Software Project NIn advance-defect prevention based on "zero defect".Based on the analysis of the causes of quality issues in Internet software project N,a quality management plan is formulated and quality management objectives are set to prevent the recurrence of historical defects that have already occurred.In process-process quality control based on the software lifecycle.Quality control is carried out throughout the entire software lifecycle,and process quality is controlled through stage reviews and process quality evaluations.Post event-quality control based on customer satisfaction.Conduct customer satisfaction measurement analysis on the final software product launched,and confirm whether the quality of the final software product meets customer expectations through customer satisfaction evaluation.After assessing the evaluation results and the entire development process,a review and summary should be conducted.Subsequently,the PDCA cycle should be continued to address any issues that did not meet expectations and remain unresolved.By implementing quality management in three stages: pre、during、and post,we have solved the problems of non-standard quality management and lack of process quality control in previous projects,comprehensively improving the quality management level of Internet software project N,and significantly improving customer satisfaction.(3)Research on Quality Management Strategy for V Company’s Automotive Internet Software Project NThe Internet quality management model is employed to conduct process quality and customer satisfaction evaluations during software development,and strategies for resolving quality management issues in the entire software development process are suggested based on the evaluation results.This article provides strategic support for the quality management of V Company’s automotive internet software project N,and also provides certain reference value for other internet software enterprises to solve quality management problems. |
