| With the advent of the era of information technology revolution and the rapid development of Internet,Internet technology has gradually penetrated into traditional industries.Massage chair from the original single massage function began to increase remote control,scan code massage and other functions.This project is a good project which uses the control software combined with communication and hardware equipment to realize the functions of code scanning start,background statistics and so on.This project uses the important means of scientific management to enhance the core competitiveness of the company.With the completion of the project,the company has entered the digital enterprise rapidly,presenting different working style,life style,company form,corporate culture,management mode and decision support from the traditional massage chair company.This paper takes the massage chair software project of X company as the research object.Due to the complicated sub functions of the system,this project is applied to massage chair start-up control,background data statistics,business customer classification,etc.each function must be coordinated with each other,so the relationship of the software is more complex.Business basically has personalized requirements,but also a lot of overlapping,so the quality of software must be high.In addition to paying attention to the functional requirements,we should also consider the performance,hardware reliability and other requirements,especially the data,which must have high accuracy.In the development process of massage chair software in X company,there are some problems in the process quality management and control,which leads to the software not reaching the required quality,causing a relatively large loss to the company,and also bringing a bad impact.This paper uses the literature method,uses the causal analysis diagram,a common tool in the quality management theory,to analyze and identify the key factors affecting the quality of software products.Using these management methods and tools,combined with CMMI theory and PDCA,this paper summarizes the quality management system for X company’s software development project.In addition,it puts forward the quality management measures suitable for the company from the perspective of quality control and quality assurance.From the perspective of quality management,this paper studies and analyzes the quality management of the massage chair software development project of X company,and deeply studies the quality management problems existing in the application software development project of X company,Find the influencing factors of quality management problems,put forward the quality management optimization scheme of X company’s software development project,so that the software management project can obtain the ideal effect in the aspects of demand,design,quality,testing,etc.,the software development quality has been greatly improved,the product has been recognized by customers.It is expected that the research of this paper can provide a reference for other companies in the process of software development project quality management. |
