| Stroke is a disease with a high mortality and disability rate in China[1],with an annual increase of about 2.4 million patients[2].In the Stroke Rehabilitation Study,it was found that hand dysfunction greatly reduced the quality of life of patients.Patients need to perform many fine movements with their hands in daily life,so hand function rehabilitation is very important in stroke rehabilitation research. At the same time, due to the long recovery time of stroke, most patients stay at home, but the home rehabilitation service is not perfect, and there is a lack of products suitable for the home context. In this study, the inclusive theory method was adopted, and the users were positioned as the main users, namely the general users, and the users with mild hand discomfort were positioned as the boundary users. With the concept of inclusive design as the core, combined with the theory of user experience,an inclusive experience rehabilitation model is built. In terms of user research,an inclusive experience rehabilitation demand analysis model is adopted.First, through field investigations,non-participatory observation and other methods, visit hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and communities to understand the current situation of stroke rehabilitation training;Quantitative questionnaire surveys and qualitative user interviews are used to study the rehabilitation of users at home, and to clarify their physical and psychological needs for instinctive rehabilitation at different levels;in addition,to study the current status of rehabilitation at the behavioral level, and explore various interests through questionnaires and user journey maps. The pain points and behavior-level demand points of relevant parties;finally, the current situation of rehabilitation at the reflection level is studied, and through user emotional experience and in-depth interviews, users’emotional needs are deeply explored, and user portraits are drawn based on user research. After using the KJ-AHP method for requirements analysis,a summary of inclusive design requirements is carried out.According to the needs of patients, the gardening movements are extracted, and the movements that are compatible with the stroke hand training are extracted.Through the analysis of the existing hand training products, the gardening movements and the hand training movements are organically combined to carry out hand training.Mapping of product design. In terms of product design, the company adopts an inclusive design concept,so that the product shape, training method and content conform to the inclusive design principle of stroke hand rehabilitation products at home, and innovatively designs the training method of virtual planting,so as to be compatible with the patients’daily life. The refined hand movements closely related to the operation of the hand are the training content,so that the patient can exercise different parts of the hand and improve its flexibility, coordination and stability.Combined with multi-sensory interactive experience,it can stimulate patients’interest in training, improve training experience, and play a psychological role in relieving patients’stress.Design products that are in line with the home context and are effective for stroke patients’fine hand manipulation training.Evaluate and iterate on options using inclusive evaluation methods.Through the above research, the following results are produced:For the stroke hand rehabilitation training product in this study, combining gardening movements with the daily movements of stroke hand rehabilitation, combined with multi-sensory experience,a virtual planting method was designed. The multi-sensory interactive products for training bring patients a new rehabilitation experience. |
