Research On The Implementation Effect Of Haier Smart Home's Business And Financial Integration Under The Financial Sharing Mode

With the strengthening of the trend of economic globalization and the deepening of the reform of market economy in our country,the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,and higher requirements are put forward for enterprise finance.The traditional financial management can not meet the development needs of contemporary enterprises.The integration of industry and finance under the mode of financial sharing is an important practice in the process of exploring the modernization of financial management,which plays a very key role in the management of the whole enterprise and is conducive to improving the overall management level of the enterprise.Through the analysis of the current situation of enterprise financial management,this paper tries to explore the implementation of the integration of industry and finance under the background of financial sharing service.By analyzing the background of Haier Zhijia’s promotion of industry financial integration under the mode of financial sharing,this paper expounds the implementation status of its industry financial integration,analyzes the role of industry financial integration in the development of enterprises through vertical and horizontal comparison between its various financial indicators and the average level of the industry,and analyzes the remaining problems.In view of the problems raised,combined with the future trend of China’s industry and finance integration,this paper puts forward optimization suggestions such as optimizing the sharing system,improving the business process,and improving the personnel management mechanism,and prospects the follow-up development of Haier Zhijia industry and finance integration under the financial sharing mode.Through the above analysis,it is concluded that the integration of industry and finance effectively reduces the management cost,strengthens the management of accounts receivable,and makes the fund management more efficient.It is hoped that it can provide reference for Haier Zhijia and other similar enterprises to enter the integration of industry and finance under the financial sharing mode.
