With the continuous development of the market economy,the scale of enterprises continues to expand,the organizational level becomes increasingly complex,and some enterprises’ information collection is becoming slower.Traditional financial models can no longer meet the needs of most enterprises.More and more enterprises are seeking changes in financial management,attempting to establish financial sharing centers,and achieve informatization and standardization.HT Group is the main investment and financing platform for the development and construction of provincial-level marine port resources.The emergence of big data,the Internet of Things,and new internet technologies has changed the management,business models,and organizational forms of enterprises.Faced with rapid expansion and increasingly complex economic operations,HT Group’s financial management has started to lag behind the development of the enterprise.Therefore,HT Group is seeking financial transformation and establishing a financial sharing center has become an urgent matter at present.Through the study of the current financial management situation of HT Group,it was found that there are some problems in its financial management,such as weak personnel control ability,high organizational operating costs,inadequate integration of industry and finance,and unreasonable performance evaluation.Based on the analysis of the problem,the main reasons behind it are: mismatched organizational structure,insufficient sense of responsibility among financial personnel,lack of connection between business systems and financial systems,and inconsistent rights,responsibilities,and interests.This article combines theories such as budget performance and internal control to analyze the goal,overall approach,and feasibility of establishing a financial sharing center for HT Group.Then,using the implementation steps of the HT Group Financial Sharing Center,a team is formed to collect materials,and based on the "SPORT model",the system is designed,the operating environment is configured,and the system deployment is made.Then,pilot promotion is carried out,deficiencies are identified and filled,and finally,formal operation is conducted to evaluate the effectiveness.At the same time,its operation,expected risks,and safeguard measures were elaborated to help it find development direction and improve investment return rate in the later stage of the port industry cycle transformation and integration promotion.Solve the issue of HT Group’s financial sharing center,hoping to bring reference value to other companies in the same industry.
