| Automobile manufacturing industry is an important high-end manufacturing industry,in which parts manufacturing enterprises play a key role.Auto parts manufacturing enterprises play an important role as a bridge between raw material manufacturers and auto manufacturers.The quality of the parts it provides directly affects the quality performance of the final vehicle and relates to the common interests of the entire supply chain.With the rapid development of modern automobile manufacturing industry,supply chain has become the key to the competition among automobile enterprises.Auto parts enterprises must attach importance to the quality management of supply chain products and promote the sustainable and high-quality development of the whole supply chain.This thesis takes A auto parts manufacturing enterprise as the research object,makes A comprehensive review of relevant literature at home and abroad,introduces the basic situation of A company and the current situation of supply chain product quality management.Through statistical data analysis,It is found that there are four problems in product quality management: supplier access and evaluation system,new product quality planning,product quality consistency and quality evaluation effect.According to the cause analysis of the problem,the supplier access and evaluation system,quality planning,change management and verification,process control and other optimization schemes were developed.The research of this thesis is expected to play A certain reference for the improvement of supply chain product quality management ability of A auto parts manufacturing company,and at the same time bring certain enlightenment for the supply chain product quality management of other industries and enterprises. |
