In the rapid development of the global economy,there has been increasingly fierce competition among enterprises.At present,supplier management has become an important means for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness.W Automobile Company currently has its own supplier management system,which has enabled the company to gain certain competitiveness in the process of continuously increasing industry size.However,it has also gradually increased the competitive pressure on W Automobile Company.In this situation,only by continuously improving its internal strength can it occupy a greater advantage in market competition,thereby enabling the enterprise to develop better.This research will use the methods of literature research,interview,case analysis,model building,Delphi method,etc.,to study the problems in the selection and evaluation of parts suppliers of W Automobile Company according to the theory,process,and method of supplier selection and evaluation,build a supplier evaluation index system that is consistent with the actual situation of W Company,and finally propose a suitable supplier selection and evaluation scheme.Through research,it is found that there are some problems in the selection and evaluation of auto parts suppliers in W company,such as irregular evaluation process,imperfect evaluation index system,and imperfect management and evaluation organization.In view of the above problems,W automobile company should start from the following aspects:(1)the development of W company will be largely affected by the supplier selection and evaluation,Relevant personnel shall analyze the method of DANP(division of nuclear physics),Select suppliers using the fuzzy TOPSIS method,On the basis of the organic combination of the above two methods to complete the supplier selection and improvement design;(2)W Company pays more attention to the construction of evaluation index system in the process of supplier selection and evaluation;Clear on the evaluation principles and objectives,At the same time,the product price,delivery system,service guarantee,technical innovation,quality guarantee,management ability and other contents are added to the evaluation index system.
