Research On Spatial Evaluation And Protection Strategies Of Historical And Cultural Blocks

The historical and cultural blocks are the embodiment of the accumulation of the city and the epitome of the concentrated urban civilization.The current research on historical and cultural blocks mainly focuses on the evaluation and protection of individual elements,such as building value evaluation and street value evaluation,and lacks a relatively complete value evaluation system.Constructing a system aiming at the protection and development of historical and cultural blocks and centered on the evaluation of spatial value,can have a deeper understanding of the composition of historical and cultural blocks,formulate detailed and reasonable protection strategies according to their characteristics,and do a good job in the protection and renewal of historical and cultural blocks.It is of great significance to further strengthen cultural self-confidence and promote the high-quality integrated development of urban and rural areas.This study firstly analyzes the specific characteristics of the relevant indicators in the historical and cultural block evaluation system established in the laws and regulations and related research at home and abroad after researching and sorting out the relevant theories and practices such as the protection and renewal of historical and cultural blocks at home and abroad,as well as value evaluation.Secondly,based on theoretical research,the index of "two floors,six categories and three spaces" for the evaluation of the spatial value of historical and cultural blocks is summarized.Value,economic value,environmental value,and social value,the three spaces are architectural space,courtyard space,and street space.In terms of research methods,quantitative analysis is the core,and mathematical methods such as AHP,GIS spatial analysis,image semantic segmentation,space syntax,etc.are scientifically used,combined with qualitative analysis,to construct a spatial value evaluation model of historical and cultural blocks.Finally,the constructed spatial value evaluation model is applied to the historical and cultural block of Shiquan Chengguan in Shaanxi Province,combined with the development status of the block,put forward opinions and suggestions on the block according to the evaluation results,and provide a quantitative,objective and scientific reference for the protection and development of the block.This study preliminarily summarizes the method,process and technical points of the spatial value assessment of historical and cultural blocks,and clarifies its specific application methods,so as to sort out and evaluate the status quo of Shiquan Chengguan historical and cultural block.Based on the technical advantages of the spatial value assessment model of historical and cultural blocks,as a new application attempt,from strategic guidance to feedback tracking in the practice stage,to provide experience and reference for the protection and renewal of historical and cultural blocks.
