The Dialectic Of The Ancient Town’s Spatial Production And Scale Evolution Is In Place

Famous historical and cultural towns in China in recent years,the development process,and the new business street,the transformation of the old town shop brought tourism for local economic benefits,but the traditional production and living space after joining tourism business space,disturbing the order of the original residents living at the same time,also caused the lack of regional characteristics,cultural symbol collage,"thousand town side" phenomenon is serious.Therefore,the development of ancient towns should be viewed dialectically.The development of ancient town space is a process of producing new space on the original space.In this paper,the development of historical and cultural famous towns,the degree of modernization construction from dense to sparse distribution of the outer space of the ancient town,the whole space and the microscopic space as the research scope,in view of the scale changes of these Spaces to the original protection of the ancient town put forward the dialectical in place.Firstly,the protection planning of historical and cultural famous towns in chongqing was analyzed,and the status quo of scale change in the protection practice of30 developed historical and cultural famous towns in chongqing was investigated on the spot.Through combing and integration,the types and reasons of scale change in the three-storey space of ancient towns were obtained.Then according to the theory of space production from time to space to logic in the capital,according to the change of the scale of the study type,analyze the dynamic mechanism in the evolution of the scale and the direction of transition to accumulate capital channel,summed up the ancient town space production needs to coordinate the demand of the people’s livelihood and economic game balance,thus extracting town space optimization means of production.Then the analysis of three layers of space caused by dynamic game development scale of the original true protection problems,through the comparative analysis method,comparison of chongqing town update outstanding case-yellow Jue development means of the same old street,analysis summary case space production way of game,three layers of space scale development technique,the scale of the paper is suitable for protection of ancient way of evolution.Put forward the dialectical nature of ancient town space production and scale evolution.In combination with the above analysis of space production and scale authenticity protection,the paper points out three dialectic aspects of the ancient town’s spatial production and scale evolution: realistic contradiction and the realization of multi-party demand;Cultural protection and commercial development in place;Add dimension and keep authenticity in place.The design strategies for the production and scale evolution of the three-storey space of the ancient town are summarized.Overall space--culture activates capital and protects traditional scale;Microcosmic space--inheriting spiritual space and updating material scale.Finally,the research results are further demonstrated by the reconstruction design of fengsheng ancient town in banan district of chongqing.This study will clarify the development logic and improvement methods of ancient towns,and provide a layered spatial production method for the insufficient cultural protection caused by the development of famous historical and cultural towns in China.
