| With the rapid development of the technology industry,informatization has become the mainstay of social progress,leading the boat of enterprise innovation and driving the wings of enterprise transformation.G Company is the main force in the construction of informatization construction within the State Grid Corporation of China.At present,there is still a big gap between G Company’s informatization project management and control capabilities and the front-line informatization companies.confusion etc.After analysis,the lack of a matching evaluation system for the informatization program in the power industry makes it impossible for the relevant person in charge of the informatization program of G Company to intuitively understand the actual development of the program,which is the main reason for the low level of management of the informatization program.Therefore,this paper conducts research on such issues.The research work and main results are as follows:The main content of the research work in this paper: Carry out research based on project management theory and project evaluation theory.First,sort out and analyze the program management process and status quo of G company,and then collect G company through expert interviews,experience summary and analysis of relevant regulations.Informatization program management evaluation index,and through the AHP analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight,the establishment of G company information program management evaluation system.Secondly,through the questionnaire method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the SG item set of G company is empirically evaluated.Finally,based on the analysis of the empirical scores of the program evaluation model,and according to the actual situation of G company,combined with the theory of program management and related management experience,it puts forward suggestions for the optimization of informatization program management,including two core indicators of customer and market and project management.aspect.The main research conclusions of this paper are as follows: First,the problems existing in G company’s informatization program management mainly include delayed delivery of projects,low system quality,and poor customer satisfaction;There is no set management method,and there is no evaluation system suitable for G company’s informatization project set management.Second,the evaluation model of program management is established through expert interviews,AHP and questionnaires,and then the SG program is empirically evaluated through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.From the evaluation results,it can be seen that G Company has a strong relationship between customer management and customer management.There are problems with the core indicators of project management.The optimization suggestions put forward in this article: First,establish an excellent service office that conforms to the organizational style of G company,establish a closed-loop complaint management mechanism,and improve customer satisfaction from multiple aspects.Second,establish a PMO office that conforms to the organizational structure of G Company and the construction style of the informatization project set,and control the project set management from multiple aspects such as project quality,progress,delivery,and cost.The innovation point of this work: In the complex information project management,the use of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the electric power industry information management evaluation system,to achieve qualitative and quantitative analysis of the problems in the information project management,has a certain It has a certain reference significance for program management with similar structure and background. |
