With the development of digital technology,there will be a dramatic technological and industrial revolution on a global scale.The 20 th Congress proposed to accelerate the development of the digital economy and promote the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy.Thus,the key point of our country’s development of digital economy lies in the transformation and upgrading of traditional entity enterprises.Therefore,on the basis of sorting out the theory of value creation,this paper takes H Company as the research object,a traditional household appliance enterprise that has successfully carried out digital transformation,and studies the path of value creation of H Company based on its digital transformation process.First,it systematically shows the process of value change in the company’s digital transformation strategy.Combined with the theory of value creation,the value creation path is obtained.Finally,based on this,the paper discusses the inspiration for other home appliance enterprises,and adds case support for the study of value creation path of home appliance enterprises based on digital transformation.The research first sorted out the background,process,motivation and transformation status of H company’s digital transformation,and then combined with relevant theories of value creation,built a logical framework for value creation in the process of H company’s digital transformation,and formed an analysis of the mechanism of value creation in H company’s digital transformation.Secondly,it analyzes the specific strategies implemented by H Company ’s digital transformation,and then qualitatively summarizes and analyzes the collected original data related to the value creation of H Company ’s digital transformation with the help of grounded theory analysis,and then builds the digital transformation-value creation model of H Company based on the above analysis.Then,based on the above analysis,the evaluation method of enterprise value creation is selected.The general financial index,EVA index and MVA index are selected respectively to evaluate and analyze the value creation of H Company from the financial perspective,and then combined with the analysis conclusion of the value creation process of H Company ’s digital transformation.Four qualitative indicators of brand value,ecological value,scene value and green value are selected to evaluate and analyze the value creation of H company from a non-financial perspective in the digital transformation,and finally,the path of value creation of H company’s digital transformation is obtained through comprehensive analysis.Finally,in the conclusion part,based on the above research results,it summarizes the path of value creation of H company through digital transformation.First,through digital transformation,H Company can reduce costs and increase efficiency,improve its financial situation,stabilize revenue growth,reduce production costs,and ultimately increase corporate profits and market value.Second,H company’s digital service enhances H company’s brand value and enhances its market competitiveness;Third,through the research and development of intelligent home appliance products and the application of technology such as the Internet of Things,big data and artificial intelligence,H company quickly responds to consumers’ demands for home appliance usage scenarios and creates scene value.Fourthly,H Company as established its own digital ecosystem through three digital platforms,which has greatly enhanced the ecological value of the enterprise.Fifth,by building a lighthouse factory,H Company can save energy and reduce emissions,reduce carbon emissions in the environment,and recycle old household appliances to reduce the legacy of harmful substances,realize sustainable development,and spread green value.Then,combining the conclusion and the current situation of the industry,this paper puts forward enlightenment for household appliance enterprises.
