With the country’s continuous investment in infrastructure construction and in other area such as real estate,construction machinery industry,as a pillar industry of our country,have been developing rapidly.As the main agent sales and services of excavators of Sany,Hunan Zhongwang Construction Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd(later referred to as ’Hunan Zhongwang company’)faces the increasingly fierce competition in the market.How to maintain the competitive power is the company’s primary issue currently.The thesis takes Hunan Zhongwang company as the research object.Through the research of Hunan Zhongwang company’s internal and external environment,we try to design a development strategy that in line with the company’s characteristics,define the company’s development target,so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the company.The thesis employs method of PEST analysis to analyze the company’s industry macro environment and apply the Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model to analyze the current industrial competitiveness,identifies the current opportunities and threats that the company faces.Meanwhile,the thesis analyzes the company’s internal resources and competitiveness to figure out the company’s strengths and weaknesses in the process of industrial competition.After that,employ SWOT analysis,incorporate four factors,which include opportunities,threats,strengths and weaknesses,into the matrix to make a comprehensive strategy analysis.On the basis of previous works,the thesis defines the company’s strategic position and objectives,and concludes that the SO(Strength-Opportunity)strategy is a suitable one.That is to say the company should employ the unique strength to seize the opportunity for increasing the market share step by step.Finally,the thesis puts forward the implementation plan of the company’s development strategy and various safeguard measures to ensure successful implement.Through the study to Hunan Zhongwang company’s development strategy,the thesis tries to combine theory with practice,explore the development ideas and methods that suitable for the company’s current situation of agent mode,so as to raise the overall management level and improve the efficiency of the company.Meanwhile,the research on Hunan Zhongwang company has an important practical significance,not only it supplies the basis for the company’s strategic decision,but also provides reference and inspiration for the same industry agents.
