Abstract/Summary:
Towns along the Grand Canal are densely distributed with a high level of urbanization.Under the combined action of urbanization impact, cultural protection, ecological control and other strong constraints, villages along the canal face increasingly frequent internal and external impacts and disturbances. In the coupling process of land use reconstruction and transformation development, the vulnerability characteristics of the "three and livelihood" system, such as low synergy, easy destruction of resources and strong constraints on development, have been exposed to varying degrees, hindering the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Based on the construction of a rural system vulnerability assessment model from the perspective of "three livelihoods",this paper takes the Tianjin section of the Grand Canal as an example to analyze the vulnerability differentiation pattern and driving mechanism of coastal villages, and proposes targeted resilience reconstruction strategies, which are elaborated in the following aspects:First,on the basis of systematically sorting out the research background, research purpose and significance of the topic, the main research content of this paper is proposed. In the literature review section, the main achievements and typical problems of the current research are summarized by combining statistical analysis and spatial metrology software. On this basis, the innovation points in theory, perspective and region of this paper are proposed.Secondly,in the stage of rural vulnerability mechanism analysis and research framework construction, the source and key points of relevant theories are traced and analyzed, and the theoretical basis of rural vulnerability measurement and resilience governance studies from the perspective of "three-life" overall planning is established. On this premise, the connotation of the subject words of this paper is defined. Then, based on the existing research results in academia and the typical characteristics of the spatial vulnerability of the villages along the Tianjin section of the Grand Canal,an evaluation system with a total of 21 indicators from the three dimensions of production, living and ecology was constructed,so as to measure the rural vulnerability objectively, comprehensively and scientifically.Thirdly,in the analysis stage of spatial differentiation and clustering rule of vulnerability of coastal villages in Tianjin section of the Grand Canal, the research shows that: In the Tianjin section of the Grand Canal, the vulnerability of "three and life" in the coastal villages presents the distribution pattern of "outer suburbs > outer suburbs" on the whole. In the outer suburbs,it presents the distribution characteristics of "increasing distance + massive agglomeration",and in the outer suburbs,it presents the distribution characteristics of "continuous low-value area + point-like embedding of high value".The comprehensive vulnerability of the villages along the Tianjin section of the Grand Canal mainly comes from the high life vulnerability, and the facility guarantee, ecological supply and cultural inheritance are the core factors. The vulnerability of production, living and ecological subsystems showed a spatial distribution pattern of "balanced distribution of high value + very little proportion of low value","low in the center, high in the periphery",and "suburbs > outer suburbs" respectively. The global Moran’s I index "life > production > ecology" showed significant differences in the distribution of hot and cold spots.Exposure, sensitivity and adaptability all showed a gradual transition from high value to low value from the suburbs to the outer suburbs, and the global Moran’s I index showed adaptability >exposure > sensitivity. Finally,in the connection stage of the resilience reconstruction strategy and planning of the coastal villages of the Tianjin Section of the Grand Canal, based on the vulnerability pattern of the "three-life" system, five resilience reconstruction goals were proposed, including the revival of business form, prosperity of life, ecological improvement, overall planning and coordination, and comprehensive renovation.Specific resilience response path and implementation guarantee mechanism are proposed from the aspects of "endogenous driving force cultivation, exogenous factors coordination and policy system design",which provides theoretical basis and technical support for accurate identification and long-term governance of rural vulnerability along the Tianjin Section of the Grand Canal from the perspective of "three-life" overall planning.
