Research On Green Village Planning Of Professional Villages Based On The Concept Of “Production-living-ecological” Space

In the context of rural revitalization strategy,developing professional villages and creating green villages is an effective way to enable China’s rural economy to grow rapidly and improve its green development level at the same time.With the enhancement of the production function of professional villages,the living space is squeezed,the environmental pollution of agriculture and industry is intensified,the ecological function of villages is weakened,and the spatial structure of villages is seriously imbalanced.In 2012,the "Production-Living-Ecological" spatial construction concept proposed in the report of the 18 th Party Congress,namely,"intensive and efficient production space,livable and moderate living space,and beautiful ecological space",pointed out the direction for the green village development of professional villages.So,how to use the "Production-Living-Ecological" spatial concept to carry out green village planning for professional villages? What are the planning principles? The solution of these questions will provide a theoretical basis for the future green village planning and construction plan of professional villages,and also has an important guiding significance for the green transformation and sustainable development of professional villages.Therefore,this paper focuses on the spatial concept of "three lives",combining the theory of professional village development,green development theory,industrial integration theory,habitat and environment science theory and human-land relationship coordination theory,and discusses how to carry out green village planning from the spatial perspective of "three lives".This paper takes Fanchang Village in Lankao County as a model.This paper takes Fanchang Village in Lankao County,a professional village of ethnic musical instruments,as a case study,and analyzes the "three lives" space through combing the relevant literature on professional villages,green villages,village planning and the "three lives" space.Through the review of literature on professional village,green village,village planning and "Production-Living-Ecological" space,we analyze the internal logic of "Production-Living-Ecological" space,professional village and green village,build a framework of green village planning for professional village under the concept of "Production-Living-Ecological" space,construct a planning strategy,point out the problems of green development in Fanchang village according to the current situation of field survey and data collection,and make a plan for Fanchang village according to the planning strategy.The following conclusions are drawn from the green village planning and design of Fanchang Village in response to the existing problems.(1)Green transformation of production,living and ecology,i.e."Production-Living-Ecological" spaces,is the essence of green village planning in professional villages.Firstly,the greening of production space is the basic guarantee for the green development of professional village,and the green development of leading industries is the key to realize the greening of production space,which can be realized by greening and upgrading the production materials,production methods,processing and packaging,storage,transportation and sales,and waste treatment of leading industries in professional village.The improvement of human living environment is an important manifestation of the greening of living space,through improving the greening construction of public basic service facilities,beautifying and greening village appearance,and promoting the internal and external quality of villagers’ living places;thirdly,the greening of ecological space is the basic condition of the green development of professional villages,strengthening the construction of ecological civilization,protecting village ecological land,stimulating the performance of village ecological elements,and enhancing the ecological barrier of villages;fourthly,in Fourthly,under the concept of "Production-Living-Ecological" space,the green and sustainable development of professional village is a dynamic development process,which requires the greening of production space,greening of living space and greening of ecological space to be mutually restrained,balanced and integrated,so as to promote the internal spatial structure of professional village in dynamic balance and realize the green and sustainable development of village.(2)Insufficient momentum of green development in Fanchang Village,Lankao County,Henan Province-Ethnic Musical Instrument Professional Village.In terms of green development of production space: firstly,industrial activity sites overlap with living space,production space invades living space too much,and living space is not livable enough;secondly,key technology processes of ethnic musical instrument industry are more traditional,and the degree of greening needs to be improved;thirdly,the chain of ethnic musical instrument industry is incomplete,missing innovation and research and development links,and the extended ethnic musical instrument cultural tourism links lack formal management and technical talents.Green development of living space: Firstly,the public basic service facilities lack maintenance and rest;secondly,the degree of greening and beautification of village appearance needs to be improved,and the distribution of internal greening landscape is uneven.As for the green development of ecological space: ecological green space is limited,park green space is unevenly distributed,and ecological elements scattered in villages are easily ignored.(3)The green village planning of Fanchang Village in Lankao County,Henan Province,a village specializing in ethnic musical instruments under the spatial concept of "three lives" can be carried out mainly from three aspects: greening of leading industries,improvement of human living environment and ecological construction.Firstly,the greening and upgrading of the leading industry is planned by taking the leading industry of ethnic musical instruments developed in Fanchang Village as the main body.By introducing green technology,extending the industrial chain and industrial integration in the production materials,production methods,processing and packaging,storage,transportation and sales,and waste treatment in the ethnic musical instrument industry,we promote the green and integrated development of the industry in Fanchang Village and form an intensive and efficient production space with "one core,two nodes and many areas".Secondly,for the current situation of the living environment of Fanchang Village,green construction of public infrastructure services,optimization of village appearance,repair of damaged roads,use of drainage system for rain and sewage separation,overhaul and renewal of the electric power system,beautification and greening of village appearance,optimization of road landscape and public space landscape,and creation of livable and moderate living space;Thirdly,protection of ecological land in the village,attention to ecological elements,enhancement of ecological functions,and construction of a blue sky and green earth ecological space.Through the above planning strategies,the greening degree of the "Production-Living-Ecological" space of Fanchang Village is enhanced to realize the harmonious and sustainable development of the "Production-Living-Ecological" village.
