| The smoothness of the rail track not only affects the running speed and ride comfort of the train,but also leads to severe noise and acceleration damage to the train,and even endangers driving safety.The rapid development of China’s railway industry and the improvement of the smoothness of steel rail tracks have led to increasingly heavy maintenance work for railway maintenance personnel In order to reduce the work burden of railway maintenance personnel,portable rail straightness detectors are widely used in China.Due to the late start of domestic high-precision portable flatness detectors,the current domestic high-precision flatness detectors are imported from abroad.In view of the above problems,this paper completes a rail flatness detection equipment based on the laser displacement sensor,completes the structural design and software and hardware design of the detector,analyzes and eliminates the measurement error of the detector by using the precision marble measuring block as the benchmark,and conducts experimental research on the detection accuracy and repeatability of the rail flatness detector.The specific research content is as follows:In response to the detection needs of the straightness of the steel rail,the detection scheme for the two groups(four)laser displacement sensors was used to drive the two groups(four)laser displacement sensors using precision-level straight-line modules.Complete the detailed structural design of the detector precision mobile driver,sensor installation positioning device,and support positioning device;according to the detection detection detection system,the needs of highprecision data collection,wireless communication and precision module motion control,completed the detector electrical power The selection of the control system’s main chip,AD module,and Bluetooth communication module has determined the use of the AD7606 module to achieve highprecision data collection,and the Bluetooth HC05 module is used to achieve wireless communication.The main control board circuit design of the main control chip.The program design of the detector is divided into two parts:upper and lower machine programs.AD7606,Bluetooth HC05,and step-by-motor control of the detector of the detector based on the KEIL5 development environment have completed the design of the lower aircraft driving subroutine,and the multi-tasking mechanism of the FreeRTOS operating system is completed.The design of the upper machine software account management module,wireless communication module,data processing module,data visualization module and data storage module of the detector’s upper machine software,based on QT for Android,realized the cross-platform operation of the detector upper machine software.The theoretical analysis of the detector detection error is performed to determine the detector detector data collection system error(sensor error,AD conversion error composition),structural error,assembly error and vibration error;The working surface is the benchmark,and the detector error analysis platform is set up to experiment analysis of the laws and properties of the various errors of the detector.The mobilized medium moving average filtering algorithm and the linear fitting calibration method are treated with the random error and systemic error of the detector data collection system;The vibration error was tested and analyzed,and the laws of various errors were obtained.The minimum daily method was used to fit the system variable error,which provided error compensation measures for the detector.Complete the manufacturing,assembly and software system debugging of the mechanical structure of the detector experimental machine,and using LMS to perform the dynamic characteristics of the detector instrument.The experiment studied the effects of different motion schemes on the measurement error of the detector measurement,and determined the optimized motion parameters of the detector measurement;based on the working surface of the precision-level marble block,the measurement accuracy and repeated measurement accuracy of the detector prototype machine were tested.The test results indicate that the measurement accuracy of the detector can reach±0.41%FS(±0.025mm),and the repetitive accuracy can reach±0.0167%FS(±0.01mm),which can meet the requirements of the diaraer straightness detection standards;The straight degree detector conducts performance comparison experiments on the actual rails.The results show that the developer of the developer developed by the developer has the characteristics of reliable detection performance and many detection points,which provides technical support for the diaraer flat linear detection. |
