| As the most typical urban external risk in recent years,the COVID-19 has had a great impact on modern urban resilience and urban health,so the research focus on urban resilience has extended from the field of natural disasters to the field of public health.In the past three years,under the impact of the new crown infection,a large number of human and social activities have suddenly returned to the community.As the grassroots governance unit of the city,the community is the first line of defense against major sudden public risks,and has played an important role in the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic,but it has also exposed many vulnerabilities and shortcomings under the impact of the new crown infection.As a result,scholars in related disciplines such as urban planning or design,architecture and landscape environment have been interested in reflecting and exploring the resilience of urban communities.In order to explore the resilience factors of urban communities and explore the resilience vulnerabilities and shortcomings of urban communities under the impact of new crown infection,this paper takes the urban community cluster in central Shanghai as the research object,based on the big data of new crown infection cases in time and space and the multi-source city data of the research area,detects the relevant community resilience factors under the impact of new crown infection,and then analyzes the resilience shortcomings of urban communities and proposes relevant resilience improvement strategies.The specific contents are as follows:Firstly,this paper collects the spatiotemporal big data of the epidemic,POI big data of various urban functions,urban three-dimensional spatial data and urban housing data in central Shanghai from March to May 2022,and quantitatively studies the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of new crown infection cases,mobility between communities,community population distribution,community economic foundation,basic service facilities and community physical spatial characteristics.Secondly,based on the geographic detector model,the correlation between the mobility of communities,the distribution of community population,community economic foundation,basic service facilities and community physical spatial characteristics and the distribution of new crown infection cases,as well as the influence and interaction influence of these community factors on the distribution of new crown infection cases,were statistically analyzed,so as to preliminarily establish the community resilience factors under the impact of new crown infection.Then,the shortcomings of community resilience were analyzed from the level of inter-community mobility,community infrastructure,community population density and community physical space.based on the resilience shortcomings exposed by the impact of the new crown infection,four levels of community resilience improvement strategies are proposed: at the level of community life circle construction,the integration of living circle and community governance unit should be improved,and a technical platform for community service and governance should be built by combining urban big data and other technologies;At the level of supporting community facilities,a basic survival material security system should be built and improved,and the degree of community function mixing should be improved;At the level of community physical space renewal,community boundaries should be empowered and updated,the functional complexity of community public space should be improved,and community green space should be integrated and updated;At the level of community residents,advocate a community culture of collective mutual assistance.Finally,four different types of urban community samples in central Shanghai were selected,and community renewal and transformation measures for community resilience improvement were proposed according to the specific resilience shortcomings and advantages of community samples in the face of public health emergency risks.Based on quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,this paper studies the resilience of urban communities under the impact of new crown infection with systematic thinking,and puts forward community resilience improvement strategies from four levels: community life circle construction,community facility support,community physical space renewal and community residents’ subjects.It is hoped that this study will be useful to the research and practice of resilient communities and resilient cities in the future.Figure [amount] table [amount] reference [amount]... |
