Research On Spatial Adaptability Design Of Talent Apartments In Hefei Based On CSI System

Talent apartment is a life supporting apartment specially used for talent employment.It is a special housing for a city to express the attitude of "recruiting talents".Compared with ordinary housing,it has the characteristics of "transition" and "high quality".In recent years,the Hefei Municipal Government has adopted a series of policies on talent apartments and carried out related construction,which has improved the living conditions of talented people to a certain extent.However,the traditional design methods adopted by the existing talent apartments do not give in-depth consideration to the "transitional" characteristics of talent apartments.The interior space of the apartment is difficult to meet the differentiated needs of multiple family structures,and it is also difficult to meet the needs of phased changes in family structures within the same apartment model.In addition,the relatively extensive construction process deviates from the characteristics of "high quality",which makes it difficult to guarantee the basic living requirements of talents.Based on Hefei,the research introduced CSI housing system into the design of talent apartments.Based on the analysis of the space demand for the family structure differentiation of talent apartment residents and the space demand under the stage change of family structure,the research explored the space adaptive design strategy of talent apartments based on CSI housing system by combining theoretical research with field research,Based on the survey of the current characteristics of talent apartments in Hefei and the needs of residential groups,the feasible spatial adaptive design scheme is proposedThe research first elaborated the project background and significance,combed in detail the development and practice cases of residential space adaptability system at home and abroad,and condensed the overall technical route.Then,the formation process of CSI system is deeply studied,and the main characteristics of CSI system and the advantages of residential interior space adaptability under CSI system are discussed.CSI system is a building system formed by combining the open architecture system and KSI system,which is based on China’s national conditions.The support and filler are separated from each other.In addition,the research and analysis of domestic residential design projects adopting the concept of spatial adaptability are carried out,and the experience and practices of various excellent projects are summarized to provide reference for the scheme design in Hefei.Then,combined with the CSI system,the paper discusses and analyzes the differential space demand of the family structure of the talent apartment residents and the space demand under the stage change of the family structure,and then puts forward the main goals and design principles of the adaptive design of the talent apartment in Hefei,and puts forward adaptive design strategies for the space between and within the apartment types respectively.Based on the above theoretical analysis,the study further investigated the existing talent apartments,high-tech enterprises,and highly educated residents in Hefei,grasped the characteristics and outstanding problems of the existing talent apartments in Hefei,fully understood the residential needs of high-tech talents in Hefei,condensed the living habits of residents in Hefei,and clarified the practical importance of personalized needs in the internal space design of talent apartments.Finally,based on the theoretical research and research results in Hefei,this study uses actual project cases to develop a talent apartment apartment design scheme that meets the requirements of Hefei,and details the spatial adaptability design methods and design points of the scheme for the interior and between apartment types.The research results enrich the space design strategy of talent apartment,expand the application path of CSI theory system in talent apartment type housing,and provide some reference for the future practice of talent apartment space adaptability design in Hefei...
