Research On Collaborative Management And Control Of Supply Chain Business And Cost In Digital Economy

With the advent of the era of digital economy and sharing economy,on the basis of the research on supply chain collaborative management and control,both academic and theoretical circles have begun to explore how to use digital economy related technologies to improve the supply chain collaborative management and control system.The basic theory of supply chain management has been mature,but the literature on the digital transformation of supply chain collaborative management and control is few,The construction of charging infrastructure has been included in the scope of "new infrastructure".It is the development trend of charging industry to explore the business operation mode under the ecological platform of multi-industry integration,combine the energy revolution with the transformation of automobile industry through the information platform,and form the industrial ecology of mutual integration and support of information,energy and transportation.Therefore,this paper discusses the integration of supply chain collaborative management and control and charging platform management with advanced technology.Based on the existing theoretical research on supply chain and supply chain collaborative management and control,digital transformation,supply chain cost and big data,this paper selects x charging platform as the case object,and constructs a supply chain collaborative management and control model in the digital economy by combining theoretical research with case study,In order to explore how to use big data technology for collaborative management and control of the platform’s supply chain business and cost,and to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the optimization of its current collaborative management and control of supply chain business and cost.The main contributions of this paper are as follows:firstly,the research status at home and abroad is reviewed,and a three-level management and control model of supply chain business and cost collaborative management and control in digital economy is proposed.Secondly,it constructs the operation mechanism of supply chain business and cost collaborative management and control under the digital economy for different levels,so as to integrate digital technology and collaborative management and control,and promote the efficiency of supply chain collaborative management and control.Third,this paper selects the charging platform enterprise as a case study,combined with the five key points of collaborative management and control of platform supply chain business and cost under the digital economy proposed in this paper,formed some innovative research results,and put forward five suggestions for the integration and control of digital economy and supply chain business and cost.
