Wuhan Country Park Parent-Child Interaction Space Research On Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE) And Optimization Strategy

In recent years,the estrangement of parent-child relationship and the lack of nature have become the social problems of common concern.Previous studies focused on the construction of parent-child interaction space in urban parks,child-specific parks,residential areas,hospitals,commercial complexes and other places,but paid less attention to the country parks on the edge of cities.Country parks have a larger activity area,more beautiful natural environment,can accommodate more activities.Therefore,it is imperative to study parent-child interaction space in country parks.This paper selected Wuhan Fuhe Country Park,Jinjinhu Park and Houguanhu Park as research objects to explore the parent-child interaction space construction strategies in country parks.Through literature review,the relevant norms,standards and requirements of country park planning and design were summarized,and design elements and research progress were extracted;The web crawler method was used to obtain 903 comments of three country parks,and the travel time,visit method,visit time and so on were analyzed.Through LDA topic analysis to determine the comment topic,find out the impact factors;Based on the existing research and combining with the spatial characteristics of parent-child interaction in country parks,an evaluation index was constructed.A questionnaire on the use of parent-child interactive space in country parks was designed based on the evaluation index.Site visits and surveys to three country parks and interviews with parents and children participating in parent-child activities;Through the SD design of the questionnaire to understand the park evaluation situation;And the correlation analysis of each factor index and satisfaction degree.Through systematic study,the existing problems of parent-child interaction space construction in Wuhan country parks are analyzed,including the seasonal tidal nature of tourist trips;Parents and children have learning and communication needs;Popular science facilities in country parks are lagging behind;Low parental participation in children’s activity facilities;Poor lighting in some areas of the country parks;Facilities for barbecue and camping Spaces are inadequate.And put forward the optimization strategy to improve the existing science popularization and education facilities,improve the parent-child recreation facilities,and enrich the types of parent-child sports projects in the facility type parent-child interaction space;Parent-child interaction Spaces will be set up in plaza-type parent-child interaction Spaces,parent-child exercise and fitness areas will be designed,lighting facilities in country parks will be improved,and multi-functional parent-child interaction Spaces will be added.At the same time,in the park management,to strengthen the festival activities and competitions;In the natural parent-child interaction space,it aims at the design of learning and communication space,strengthening the design of barbecue and camping areas,strengthening the creation of four seasons landscape,planting intimate plants,creating local micro-climate,etc.A site near East Lake in Wuhan was selected for demonstration design to create a country park suitable for family interaction.This study has some innovation in the design and construction of parent-child interaction space in country parks,and has certain reference value and significance for improving the function and activity attraction of country parks.
