With the rapid growth of economy and technology in China,the development of high quality with low energy consumption has become the mainstream of today’s mainstream.Therefore,the reformation of construction industry is an inevitable trend which in line with contemporary contexts and needs.Thus,as its advantages of energy saving,environmentally friendly,high quality and low consumption,prefabricated construction has gradually stepped onto the stage of today’s construction market.China and most of the local governments take this technology as the main construction method to be research on.Although this construction method is gradually recognized in China,comparing with traditional cast-in-place,prefabricated construction is more complicated in construction process,more sophisticated in construction technology,more rigorous in construction division and more difficult in construction management.As a result,the schedule management efficiency of most prefabricated building projects is lower than that of the traditional castin-place buildings.The original schedule advantage is inverted instead,even delays,which causes a negative impact on the full cycle operation and maintenance of the project.Therefore,this paper starts from the perspective of prefabricated construction schedule management improvement,aiming to improve the key factors that determine the schedule,so as to adapt to this new construction mode,and puts forward an optimization scheme.The main goal is to improve the common phenomenon that the schedule of prefabricated construction is longer than that of traditional cast-in-place method,and fully shows its advantages of fast construction,energy saving,environmentally friendly and low carbon through induction and summary.Finally,to ensure the sustainable development of prefabricated construction.The application of prefabricated buildings brings many conveniences to engineering construction,but also brings many challenges to engineering managers.This paper studies the management of prefabricated construction technology in housing project.Firstly,through the research of relevant literature,especially foreign literature,the current situation of the development of prefabricated technology at home and abroad and the application of prefabricated technology in construction at this stage are analyzed.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey method,the management personnel of the Tian’an Haoyuan project belonging to Tian’an Company were investigated anonymously,and the common difficulties and pain points faced in the prefabricated project were summarized and summarized,and the current progress management method was optimized and improved in the design,production,procurement and construction links in combination with the common problems,and then the improved method was applied to the prefabricated residential project of Tian’an Haoyuan to verify its effectiveness in progress control.While solving the direction of the next improvement of this project,it provides solutions for other projects of the company or enterprises engaged in prefabricated construction development.Finally,the prospects of prefabricated housing construction are prospected.
