| Since the twentieth century,along with the rapid development of China’s construction industry,environmental pollution and production safety problems are becoming increasingly serious,and it is very important for the construction industry to come out of a sustainable development path that conforms to China’s national conditions of ecological priority and people first.It not only meets the development requirements of China in the new era,but also is an inevitable choice to achieve the goal of "double carbon".At present,the low level of HSE management in China’s building construction projects has hindered the green and sustainable development of the construction industry,so it is especially important to improve its HSE management level.In order to improve the HSE management level of China’s construction projects and to study the HSE management of China’s construction projects,this study firstly,from the perspective of resilience,deeply analyzes the connotation of resilience under HSE management of construction projects,and then provides clear objectives and ideas for the subsequent study;secondly,based on the connotation of resilience under HSE management of construction projects,by analyzing the relevant standards,regulations Secondly,based on the connotation of resilience under HSE management of building construction projects,21 evaluation indexes are selected from four dimensions of stability,redundancy,efficiency and adaptability to build an evaluation index system by analyzing relevant standards and regulations and combining with literature research;again,combining the advantages of network hierarchy analysis,extension theory and cloud model,the ANP-extension cloud combination evaluation model applicable to HSE management of building construction projects is built;finally,the evaluation index system and model of resilience under HSE management of building construction projects are Finally,the evaluation index system and model for HSE management of construction projects will be applied to actual cases to verify the accuracy and operability of the evaluation index system and model,and provide rationalized suggestions based on the evaluation results.It is found that although the level of HSE management of building construction projects has been improved in recent years,there are still certain problems.According to the evaluation results,this paper puts forward rationalized suggestions for HSE management of building construction projects,which provides some theoretical guidance and reference for the improvement of HSE management level of building construction projects in China,and actively promotes the effective management of the trinity of health,safety and environment of building construction projects in China. |
