Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,in order to promote the construction of economic system and maintain the rapid development of economy,China has begun to gradually strengthen the construction of infrastructure.As a result,the traffic infrastructure has been vigorously developed,the scale and number of highway tunnel construction has achieved a rapid growth,accompanied by the road tunnel construction in the process of risk accidents also presented an increasing trend year by year.Highway tunnel engineering is mostly underground operation,there are difficulties in construction,complex technology,large amount of investment,long construction period and other problems,so the construction process is often accompanied by unforeseeable risk factors.Once the risk accident,the consequences are often unthinkable.Therefore,in the process of highway tunnel engineering construction,in order to ensure the safety of highway tunnel engineering construction,the implementation of highway tunnel construction risk management has great significance.The traditional risk management of highway tunnel construction is often based on the identification,evaluation and early warning of risk factors,so as to make a good response in advance before the occurrence of risk accidents,and its emphasis is on the control in advance.Due to the variety of potential risk factors and uncertainty of highway tunnel engineering,the occurrence of risk accidents is often difficult to avoid.Therefore,it is also of great significance for how to take measures to reduce accident losses during and after the occurrence of a risk accident,ensure the speed and effect of accident recovery,and how to continuously improve their ability to deal with risks through self-learning and training.Resilience emphasizes the ability of resistance,absorption,adaptation,learning and recovery of a system in the whole process of coping with risk disasters before,during and after the occurrence of risk disasters.Therefore,on the basis of traditional risk management,the concept of resilience is integrated into the risk management of highway tunnel construction,which is used to describe the ability of highway tunnel engineering to cope with risks in the whole process of dealing with risk accidents,that is,the resilience of highway tunnel engineering construction system.Through the analysis and evaluation of the resilience of highway tunnel construction system,the suggestions of toughness optimization and improvement measures are put forward,so as to realize the transition from risk management to toughness management and improve the risk resistance ability of the construction system.By analyzing and studying the definition of engineering system proposed by scholars,the highway tunnel engineering construction system is divided into seven subsystems:construction process system,construction organization system,construction technology system,construction support system,construction management system,construction environment system and construction object system.Then the concept of the subsystem is clarified.Based on the inherent 4R attribute of system resilience,three characteristic abilities of highway tunnel construction system resilience are summarized.The abilities are absorptive resistance ability,adaptive learning ability and recovery ability.Based on the three characteristic abilities of resilience of highway tunnel construction system and the division of construction system,the evaluation indexes of resilience of highway tunnel construction system were extracted and screened through literature research,Delphi method and structural entropy-factor analysis method,and then the evaluation index system of resilience of highway tunnel construction system was constructed.Entropy weight method,grey theory and analytic hierarchy process were combined to form an integrated weighting method to determine the weight of resilience index,and the resilience evaluation model of highway tunnel construction system was established based on the extension cloud model.Taking Fairui Tunnel in Dubalu,Guangxi as an example,the case analysis was carried out to verify the feasibility of the model.The evaluation results show that the resilience of Fairui Tunnel construction system is Grade 4(medium and high resilience).According to the characteristics of resilience evaluation index of highway tunnel construction system,the paper puts forward suggestions on resilience optimization and improvement measures of highway tunnel construction system from three aspects of absorptive resistance,adaptive learning ability and recovery ability.
