As one of the eight major special equipment,the cranes,due to the special nature of its operation,are subject to the safety supervision of market supervision and management administrative departments at all levels.At present,special equipment inspection personnel in accordance with the relevant national inspection rules at all levels of the crane safety condition inspection,finally give the conclusion of "qualified" and "unqualified",the conclusion from the administrative point of view to determine whether the crane inspection results are qualified.In fact,due to technical means,judgment criteria and other factors,inspection results of special inspection departments can not fully reflect the real safety state of cranes.Therefore,on the basis of studying the existing inspection procedure,this paper studies the safety evaluation system of cranes at a deeper level,so as to provide theoretical and practical basis for the relevant national special inspection agencies to make more scientific and reasonable safety evaluation and risk control.Because the crane inspection process is complicated and there are many paper documents,on the basis of comprehensive consideration of safety evaluation indicators,a set of bridge crane inspection management system based on inspection procedures is developed,and verified by engineering examples.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Research on inspection rules and methods of bridge crane.Taking the bridge crane as the research object,based on the bridge crane inspection rules,through the analysis of the bridge crane inspection items,requirements and methods,with software as the carrier,the bridge crane inspection management system is developed.(2)Research on residual life prediction method of metal structure of bridge crane.In this paper,the residual life prediction model of bridge crane structure is established based on the theory of linear fatigue damage accumulation.Taking the remaining life as one of the analysis indexes of bridge crane inspection management system,it is convenient for crane inspectors to evaluate the safety state of bridge crane more comprehensively.(3)Research on bridge crane safety evaluation method based on fuzzy hierarchical comprehensive analysis.A comprehensive safety assessment method of bridge crane was established by using fuzzy hierarchical comprehensive analysis method,combining with the inspection situation of inspectors,based on the existing inspection rules,considering the remaining life of the structure,and using software as the carrier.(4)Development and engineering application of bridge crane inspection management system.Based on the inspection rule of the bridge crane,considering the residual life of the bridge crane structure and using the fuzzy hierarchical comprehensive analysis method,the inspection management system of the bridge crane is developed.The system has equipment information and inspection records;Fill in inspection records online,and support online generation and download inspection report;Residual life prediction;Obtain the safety evaluation grade and other functions of crane.Through the analysis of engineering examples,it provides a new idea for the safety monitoring technology of special equipment.
