Bridge cranes are mainly used for hoisting materials in the current industrial production and are an indispensable lifting equipment.They are generally placed above workshops,warehouses and other places.In the current production and construction work,bridge cranes have a wide range of applications and are one of the necessary mechanical equipment for industrial production.Effective inspection and supervision of them is an important guarantee for guaranteeing safe production.In view of the insufficiency of the existing inspection work,this paper,based on the work practice,collated and analyzed the existing research results,proposed a set of overhead crane inspection optimization program,and completed the optimization inspection of a general bridge crane installation process.The main contents of the thesis include:First,the system analyzes the inspection specifications of bridge cranes.Following the relevant standards and regulations for crane inspection,the inspection location,inspection methods,inspection procedures and precautions for bridge cranes were analyzed.Secondly,based on the existing work,based on the insufficiency of the existing inspection practice,a set of inspection optimization scheme for bridge cranes is proposed.For the problems existing in the current large-scale vehicle track inspection operating environment,which are established in the air,with high risk factors and inconvenient detection,the ground track inspection method based on the total station instrument can be used;in the detection of the main beam deflection,the laser ranging technology can be introduced to solve the traditional problems effectively.The method has the problems of large interference and inaccurate measurement.Based on the traditional leveling and steel ruler,the detection accuracy of local flatness of the trolley track is effectively improved by the method of grouped multi-point detection.Detailed analysis of the inspection principle,inspection algorithm and inspection device of the relevant optimization plan.At the same time,for the inspection of electrical protection devices,as well as non-destructive testing methods for key parts such as main beam cracks,important welds,and hooks,etc.have been optimized accordingly.Third,based on the above optimization scheme,the supervision and inspection of the installation process of a universal bridge crane in a steel plant was completed,and the optimized implementation of inspections of the deflection and crown of the railcars and main beams was discussed.The application shows that the optimization scheme of bridge crane inspection series proposed in this paper can effectively improve the inspection efficiency and inspection accuracy,reduce the labor intensity,increase the safety of inspection,and has very good practical value.
