| Influenced by climatic factors, the Huaihe River basin is prone to heavy rainfall floods in summer, and floods bring serious threats to the ecological environment along the Huaihe River. The living environment of flood storage areas in the basin is not very livable, the regional production technology is relatively backward, the ecological environment is less able to resist external disturbances, and is more affected by flood inundation, which is a more sensitive and ecologically fragile area.Under the current economic and technological level,it is difficult to get stable development of rural space in flood storage areas along the Huaihe River, and social stability, economic stability, and ecologically sustainable development in flood storage areas are important issues to be solved.Based on a large amount of literature and theoretical overview of rural space, spatial adaptability, and rural spatial planning research in ecologically fragile areas, firstly, based on the special characteristics of rural space in the Mengwa flood storage area, the residential safety zone and inundation-affected area are divided according to Sentinel-1A and Sentinel-2 L1 A satellite image data, and the flood storage area is precisely analyzed The real needs and development dilemma of safe living space and flooded space in the flood storage area are precisely analyzed. It is concluded that: the spatial carrying capacity of the residential safety zone far exceeds the standard, the protection of "Zhuangtai" culture is threatened, the spatial configuration of infrastructure is obviously different, and the human living environment needs to be improved;the traditional agricultural production in the flooded area has low efficiency, the special ecological tourism development is not enough, and the overall spatial ecological environmental protection value is high.Secondly, the study area has a special flood storage function.By constructing a spatial adaptation evaluation system for the rural villages in the Mengwa flood storage area, the spatial adaptation evaluation was carried out at two spatial levels: the residential safety zone and the inundated area, and the spatial adaptation evaluation was carried out on four dimensions: the quality of the human living environment, spatial carrying capacity, agricultural production substrate, and ecological environment quality in the safety zone and the inundated area. The results show that the spatial adaptability of the southwest residential space in the residential safety zone is higher than that of the northeast residential space, and the spatial adaptability of the Baozhuang polder is higher than that of Zhuangtai, which has a higher spatial convenience and spatial carrying capacity, and a relatively higher ability to resist flooding. The spatial distribution pattern is fragmented and the habitat environment is poor;the spatial adaptability of the rural areas in the outer edge of the inundated area is high, while the large internal space is a lower adaptation area with a single spatial function, and the overall spatial adaptability in the area is low,and the adaptation level of agricultural production substrate and ecological environment quality is low. Finally,in view of the rural spatial development dilemma and evaluation results, the spatial adaptation planning guidance strategy is proposed for the safety zone and the affected rural space. The residential safety zone’s spatial planning proposes shifting from scattering to clustering, reintegrating the configuration of living service facilities, and promoting the renewal of traditional rural space functions. The spatial adaptation planning of the second inundation-affected area promotes the transformation of traditional agriculture to new adaptive agriculture in terms of agricultural production and ecological protection, the upgrading of agricultural space to diversified special cultural tourism development area, and the comprehensive implementation of the sustainable development path of industrialized development of ecological space.By analyzing the real needs and development dilemmas of the residential safety zone and the inundation-affected area within the flood storage area, this paper explores the level of rural spatial adaptability, which has important implications for promoting the planning guidance of rural space in the flood storage area along the Huaihe River.Figure [60] table [15] reference [105]... |
