| In the 21st century, for growing persistently and rapidly, Chinese development zone all transfers from industrial parks to new towns by exploiting the city functions, and it has become a common phenomenon and tendency, which assumes as the typical Chinese make-up. Against this background, relying on the advantages of location, land, natural environment and price, development zone carries out urban residential housing on a large scale, which leads to constantly changing of residential space and violently recomposing of social class inside shorter time, and it rapidly changes identification disparities between rural and city to class differences inside the city. Comparing with the rest of the city, it causes the diversity and complexity of the society--space. However, as far as I know, the research of residential space of the development zone is still at the beginning phase, lacking of systematic research on spatial pattern and social relationship of development zone’s residential space on the premise of considering it as a separate social space unit. Taking the economic and technological development zone of Jiangning in Nanjing as a case study, the paper conducts the relation study on spatial pattern on the macro-level and social relationship on the micro-level of residential space in the background of the development zone transconformation, thoroughly reveals about dynamic mechanisms of residential space’s evolutionary process, and put forward countermeasure suggestions in the purpose of constructing harmonious city.The paper includes 2 parts:The first portion is correlation theory of this text, including 1-2 chapter. First of all, the paper explaines the research background, selection significance, analysis mode and method. Then, after reviewing and analyzing predecessors’study on this field, the author proposes that the existing studies are incomplete, and just mentioned as a small part of the current situation and problems which mostly focus on residential space characteristics of a certain social class. There is a blank about the study on residential space of development zone from a whole height. Meanwhile, the author borrows and extends the Dialectics of Social Space, Residential Space Differentiation and New Urbanism, in order to deepen the cognition to residential space against this background, and the author also make a reasonable explanation about phenomena and trend.The second portion is empirical research of this text, including 3-6 chapter. Taking the economic and technological development zone of Jiangning in Nanjing as a case study, above all, the factors influencing Nanjing urban space reconstruction are reviewed and summarized from the macro level. Secondly, residential space evolution process of development zone is segmented into three phases:initial invasion, space differentiation and multiple polarization.On the basis of this, a conclusion is generalized that residential space of development zone exhibits "earth+sector" structural pattern which is based on natural landscape. To confirm the social relation underlying the matter space, four typical communities are picked up to carry out questionnaire investigation about inhabitants’basic attributes, housing characteristics, public traffic and shopping, interactive space in community, then correlation analysis are carried out about society--space. Finally, the author summarizes dynamical mechanism of residential space of development zone from four aspects and put forward the main problems existing and replied measures.The results of the study show that:firstly, the development zone begins by a district to a city by government and market, which shows typical exdogeny. What the development zone builds is just living style instead of life style, which frequently leads to housing consumption, but difficult for it to rise to the whole space. Secondly, under the urban differential rent with core of natural landscapes, residential space of development zone exhibits "earth+sector" structural pattern which is based on natural landscape. High--grade communities are being core position, however, installed houses are marginalisation more and more. Thirdly, with the rising community level growth, the living standard, behavior, lifestyle and values show gradient differentiation from survival type to comfortable type to enjoy type, which leads to residential segregation in a bigger scale and a deeper level. Fourthly, government and market rely on combining of market and secondary marke to strictly control the residential market supply, which is the main contributors that results in residential segregation and social stratum fracture. Finally, the problems existing so far are closely related to its stages of development, the resolutions of problems depend on government transition who should realizes residential space pattern of "landscape+service facilities" through policy and space guidance so as to ensure different groups have the same living and development conditions, reducing the cost of social capital, which is a necessary for setting up harmonious society.The whole thesis contains about 70 000 words,58 pictures and charts. |
