Research On Risk Management Of Software Development Project Of UCD Company

In recent years,the development of computer software field is very rapid,is affecting all walks of life around us,in the process of information digitization,software has become an indispensable part of the society.With the continuous innovation of the software industry,the stable growth of the industry,the acceleration of business structure adjustment,the development of enterprises has made new breakthroughs,the regional layout has emerged new characteristics,and the influence on the national economy has been expanding continuously.According to the survey,in 2021,the software and information technology service industry in China is in good condition,and the revenue of software business reaches 9,499.4 billion yuan,with a year-on-year growth of 17.7%.By2022,there will be more than 35,000 enterprises above designated size in China’s software industry,with a cumulative revenue of 10,812.6 billion yuan,up 11.2 percent year-on-year.However,with the continuous development of the software industry,the increasing complexity of software and the diversification of customer requirements,there are risks in software development projects.The project cannot be delivered within the project deadline,the actual cost exceeds the budget,the quality of project completion is not high,the scope of demand is out of control,and the organizational management style will have a great impact on the completion and delivery of the project.UCD is a high-tech engineering company that provides professional services for urban construction.The company should not only manage the internal use of software,there is a need to manage software for external development.The scale of the company and the projects undertaken must continue to develop with the development of the company,and the software project risk borne by the company will increase accordingly.Based on this,the company urgently needs to build a set of applicable and feasible software project risk identification and control system according to its development status and problems,so as to achieve the strategic goal of sustainable development of enterprises.How to deal with project risks and promote their own development has become one of the main problems facing the company.The main objective of this study is to focus on the project of creating a software for three-dimensional drawing in UCD company,the three-dimensional drawing software development project risk management ability is discussed.On the basis of objective statement and analysis of the current software development project,the risk management system of UCD company ’ s three-dimensional drawing software development project is constructed,and some suggestions and measures for risk response are put forward.On the one hand,it enriches the theory of software development project risk management in China,on the other hand,it provides valuable reference for enterprise software development project risk management to a certain extent.The implementation of these measures has significantly enhanced our capacity to manage the entire software project process and its corresponding connections,so that the software projects can meet the expectations of the projects in progress,cost and quality,so as to smoothly deliver and satisfy the users.
